Highly Recommend

My central heating boiler decided enough was enough and broke down Sunday 19th December 2021.
I contacted SIMP who were courteous, informative and realistically priced.
It was installed Tuesday 21st December by two professional, friendly, hardworking lads.
Many thanks to them.

Great local family business

Got in touch with Ralph at SIMP as had…

Got in touch with Ralph at SIMP as had a urgent matter to deal with meaning a full installation of a boiler. He was the only one out of a lot of companies I reached out to who called me straight away, explained what was required and said he would get it done straight away. Even with difficulties with merchants he managed to book me in at short notice and sent three lads to the job that were excellent. They got it all done in a day and made sure everything was working before they left and cleared up all the mess. Will be using them moving forward at any opportunity.

Boiler installation

I had a boiler installed. The whole process from the initial enquiry to having it fitted took less than a week. I was particularly impressed with the friendliness, expertise and professionalism that my needs were met. Every member staff demonstrated excellent communication skills and were extremely polite and very informative. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Great Service

Great company on communication & keeping you informed on what was happening & when.
Had a couple of teething problems after first installing but guys were out very quickly to sort it out.
Friendly & hard working engineers.
Always on hand to help, if needed.
Would certainly recommend

SIMP Services are very efficient

SIMP Services are very efficient. The lads were a pleasure to have in the house. They did exactly what they said they would & made sure everything was right before they left . Didn't charge a penny more than the quote. Highly recommended.

SIMP to the rescue

## 06/12/21 ##

New Boiler install Saturday 4th, DOA, still waiting for someone to come and replace it after removing the old boiler, might be Tuesday, might be never!!! Currently a really poor experience in dealing with SIMP. My 86 year old father has just spent the last two days and nights without any heating with temperatures below freezing. He has been able to speak with SIMP however they are saying they need the manufacturer involved, they might be there tomorrow, might not. I can't give a zero star rating, so hence the 1 star review. Might not be SIMP's fault but leaving an 86 year old without any gas central heating is very poor customer service.

## 071221 Update ##

Yesterday, SIMP redeemed themselves and went the extra mile to ensure that the problems were overcome. Going above and beyond I'm impressed by their commitment to completing the job. Their communication was first class, they didn't back down to the 'push back' from the manufacturer in getting their engineer to site and then ensured the boiler was commissioned by the SIMP team late in the evening. I'd definitely recommend them to others, overall experience = 5 stars for service and communication, the initial install could have gone better however maybe in the future we'll pick the summer and not a Friday to replace the boiler, none of which were SIMP's fault.

Simp services was recommended to us by a friend, and we were not disappointed. We had a prompt reply. The job an erratic boiler was soon fixed. The plumber who did the job was polite, friendly and efficient.

Found Simp on the internet

Found Simp on the internet, survey and boiler fitted within a week. Two canny lads turned up on time. Nothing was too much trouble for them ,excellent customer service. Would 100% recommend.

Efficient, friendly and helpful.

The guys were efficient, helpful, friendly and tidy. They were happy to give the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. So far the system has worked well.

Filled in an online form

Filled in an online form, got an immediate response, engineer visited to assess what was needed, new boiler installed all in a matter of weeks. I'd been waiting 6 months for a local plumber to do the job!! Excellent service from Ralph over the phone and the lads who installed the boiler were brilliant. Polite, explained what they were doing and worked non stop until boiler installed, can't praise them highly enough. Will definitely recommend this company.

We needed a new boiler ASAP

We needed a new boiler ,contacted SIMP Saturday evening for a quote for new Bosch boiler, which we accepted. We had no hot water or heating . boiler installed and working on the Monday. Excellent service and professional job , we would highly recommend this company.

We had a slight problem but one phone call and they came straight out and sorted it, all jobs can have things that don't go to plan, it's how they are sorted out when they happen, this company was exelent

Highly Recommended - great price and great service

From start of enquiry, to excellent quote, to survey and fitting they were first class.

Got an excellent price on a new Worcester Bosch oil boiler (50% more efficient than our old boiler) and a good way cheaper than next best quote. One competitor quoted £1000 more!!

I’ve also just had another boiler this one an lpg fuelled combi - fitted to our log cabin in Northumberland

At a time when many heating service engineers are enjoying a covid bonanza with inflated prices and an inability to even return phone calls, this company were first class
