very happy with fitting and cost of my new boiler, very friendly and courteous staff, gas fitter arrived promptly and made sure everything was safe before he left, only downfall for me was not being able to pay by credit card as i didn’t have that much cash available

After calling Simp heating, Ralph arranged & booked me in for a new boiler & It was installed within A couple of days, the lads who came, think they were brothers, did an excellent job, polite, clean, tidy, & took away all the rubbish, Would highly recommend, Thank you Ralph & the team. Kathleen

Impressed is the word that sums up my dealings with Simp. From initially contacting for a quote they installed a new boiler within the week and they were totally professional throughout. Two engineers carried out the installation and I was very impressed with their work, they never stopped and even tidied up and removed all rubbish when they left.

Excellent service provided by simp. They were incredibly helpful and ensured I knew what was happening and when. They were not pushy and took the time to answer all my questions and provide neutral advice. The engineer turned up on time, and was incredibly hard working and provided good advice when an issue occurred. The issue was resolved quickly and the boiler fitter within the day. Thank-you simp, look forward to seeing you for my boiler services.

From the start to the end the process was brilliant. Ralph organised our date for fitting our new boiler which was aged and ready for new. We contacted Ralph on the Friday and by the Monday the engineer came out to asses and quote us for the job! Then on the Tuesday (the next day) the 2 lovely lads came and worked quickly and efficiently to get our new boiler fit! The heating is fantastic now and everything’s working perfect. Due our baby any day now so we have piece of mind that this was able to be done so quickly before his arrival! very pleasant service! 100% recommended! Thankyou xxx

Needed some smaller, non urgent plumbing jobs doing and was struggling to find local firm available. Simp came to rescue and were reliable, efficient and professional. Can recommend.

A leak occurred with my boiler which made me slightly panic however one phone call to Ralph and he immediately put my mind at ease. An engineer attended the same day and It was decided that a replacement was the best action.

A new boiler was fitted within a few days and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Nothing was too much trouble, the guys arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and kept me updated every step. Fantastic service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend :)

Simpson's were fantastic from start to finish, very professional. We had a leak in our en suite toilet. They arrived on time and got straight on with the job which was fixed in no time at all. We will definitely be using Simpsons again!

We needed a replacement boiler, Simp supplied and fitted one in the same week. The work was highly professional. They tidied up after them and took the old unit away. All done to the price agreed at the outset.

No trying to sell us something we didn't need.

Kept fully informed by the office as to what was happening each step of the way.
