I had a telephone consultation with Sean who was providing my will writing and Last Power of Attorney service.
He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about his area of expertise. He answered all of my questions and made the whole process so smooth. He checked that I understood unfamiliar terms, explained technical terms in everyday language. This company is an absolute joke. Don’t bother using them. Been trying to sort out lasting powers of attorney since October 25, and they don’t bother replying to emails, don’t bother answering the phone when you try to ring, they are beyond a joke, I have emailed three times in over two weeks and had no response, I have called numerous times and they just leave the phone to ring off and don’t even bother to answer. Don’t waste your money in this company, go elsewhere which has better customer service. Don’t let them take you for a ride like they have done with us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The experience having spoken with Sean was a very welcome and his knowledge and thoughtful manner in assisting me in all matters relating to the ‘Will’ which was given and explained in layman’s words. No question was too much trouble and he politely helped, which I thanked him for. Every success for the future.
