Simple Servers deliver a great experience. Their hardware is configured superbly for speed and performance. We run into very few hosting issues on our shared instance, and anything we do need they are extremely responsive, replying with clear, concise answers in just a few minutes!

We have just migrated 2 Magento installations to Simple Servers M Extreme hosting package and have been delighted with the ease of the migration and the response time to the 1 or 2 issues we had. The main problem we had was with getting Worldpay to speak to our sites which are on the same cPanel and so share an IP address but each have a separate SSL certificate. We found a way around this fairly quickly, but it would have been good to have had the problem flagged up in advance. However we now have our websites up and running much faster than previously at a price that we felt was very reasonable. Thanks Simple Servers!

I've loved them so far. I was looking for a new host after a site I helped build which was hosted on, ironically, Fasthosts, was incredibly slow. I tried the same site on 123-reg - slow as well. Tried simpleservers, and it was blazingly fast. Cheap to. And I've had dealings with their support and they are responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

They persevered with a complex migration and whats more, they did it for free.

A straightforward company to deal with offering competitive prices and fast set-up of our chosen server specification. They offer lots of useful options that are easy to configure. We expect a long partnership.

We moved to Simple Servers from Bluehost because of server response delays at Bluehost.

Even with stripping our website down to bare essentials, image optimisation, using Cloudflare, we could not get our Bluehost page load speed below 4 seconds. Now that we have completed our move to Simple Servers our page load speed has dropped to 1 second.

Simple Server offered to help transfer our website but made a mess of it and it took a week, 5 support tickets and lost shop orders before the transfer issues were resolved.

We have recently moved our website from another host to Simple Servers, after having many issues with the previous service provider.

Having been with Simple Servers for a few weeks now, the website is working much better without any issues, and the service provided has been great.

Hopefully, this will all continue, as we do not intend to the move the website again.

The dedicated servers have been great and the support, when needed, has been supportive, timely and helpful.. can’t ask more!

I have been a customer of Simple Servers for sometime now. I have today had cause to contact them (first time in a year) to ask for their help with an issue with our site. I was simply asking which folder I needed to restore to reset our site. Their reply was to tell me that this would be a £65 chargeable event. When I queried their reply I was told they only had a restore point for todays date!!

I work with them everyday and I can say that I am very happy, they are the best partners I have ever worked with.
