Making a will was a job I considered would be a daunting task and therefore had been putting off for some time but I found the Simple Wills website process to be very quick and easy to complete. The process involved completing a simple multi choice questionnaire and the job was done.

The contents of the will are then professionally reviewed prior to completion by one of their very knowledgeable staff who gave me sound advice that I was not previously aware of which gave me an informed choice as to how to manage and round up my personal affairs to tie in properly with the will.

An excellent service highly recommended at a very reasonable price.

The whole idea is great and the website provides a simple means of providing the required information. If you have questions then a member of staff is on hand and they did a good job. The only problem we encountered was that the website failed to save our information which meant that we had to input the same information twice which was extremely frustrating. That said the end result is that we have our wills and at a fair price.

I completed my will online and a lady phoned me back to make some ammendments and check it. Very quick and easy.

The website was easy to use. I doubke checked all input and summary and all ok so paid and received the wills. The wills both had substitute executor missing and the field where we had selected no to the question didnwe want to specify where we want to be cremated pulled through the word NO. It said I want to be cremated at NO. So it looked silly and unprofessional and incorrect. I has to phone them three or four times each time being promised a call back which never came. When I eventually got to speak to the lady she was extremely helpful and liaised with the IT department to correct the software error that did not pick up the substitute executor but it still took another week and some chasing by phone to get our correct wills. All in all I found the website very user friendly but expect an automated service to work, clearly not very good user acceptance testing as I found a software error for a situation that is relatively common. Overall I was let down by silly mistakes that attention to detail and accuracy would have prevented. Something that is very important in a will!

My personal experience of SimpleWills.net was one of professionalism and efficiency. Everything they promised to do they did as and when stated, nothing was too much trouble. A straightforward, automated, step by step, question by question method of ascertaining your requirements. I was worried that the system might not be comprehensive enough to cope with my will needs. I was wrong and it worked very well producing just what I required.

The process was easy and once all the details had been obtained , like postal addresses; I would advise anyone to make sure these are all on hand.
The online version looked very good.
We paid for the printed version but have yet to receive it so cannot review that yet. I must admit surprise at the length of time it has taken, but there was no estimate given on the website so I cannot complain(yet!)

i was pleasantly surprised on how helpful the staff where at simple wills. after filling out the online questionaire, i received a pleasant phone call checking i had filled everything out ok! in which i got another call from an equally lovely lady who went through my will with me and explained a few things such as Trust's and how they would benefit my beneficiaries after my death. couldn't ask for much nicer and helpful people!
