Awful Customer Service
I was initially please with the purchase of the spot-washer, but it broke broke very quickly.
While I can’t complain about the motor, the parts are flimsy and the water button broke after only a few uses!
I’ve contacted Simplicity several times and they never come back to me. Awful customer service,
Very disappointed. Really wish I’d spent the extra and bought a better known brand.
