I ordered my bike from Simplybikestuff delivery was very fast, the bike came well packaged, I struggled a little with getting the brakes in the correct position but one quick phone call to simplybikestuff and I was passed to an engineer who guided me through it without issue.
I did have a small issue with my bike but again I spoke to simplybikestuff (Rob who I think should teach customer service I side job as his is sublime) as I don't live far from them I took the bike and dropped it off with them for it to be sorted less than 24hours later it was delivered back to my door by a member of the team in there own van. I'm over the moon with my purchase and more so over the level of customer service I recived 100% recommend simplybikestuff. Thank you!!

Excellent Value
Great bike display stand, excellent value for money. Arrived on time and very well packaged.
My MTB with 29" x 2.6" tyres fits into the stand easily and is securely held.
Would thoroughly recommend the product and Simplybikestuff.

In answer to your comments you placed a pre-order not an order for next day delivery which was clearly stated on the listing. The bike you ordered is on a shipment that was due to arrive in our warehouse this week by ship freight. The freight company confirmed to us on Tuesday that this shipment was going to be delayed due to the blockage caused in the Suez Canal by the ship the Evergiven. We informed everyone who pre-ordered a K2 by email offering three options of a discount for the delay, an alternative bike or a refund. Anyone that opted for a refund will receive it inline with our standard business terms listed on our website which is 6 working days from the request or receipt of a return. The interest free payment providers also take between 1 and 8 days for the refund to show on your account depending on which company you used. It is always best to read the information on the website prior to making up your own expectations in your head and deciding that it isn’t what you want or expect after you have entered into a contract to purchase something. We have emailed you about all
of this but thought it best we clearly answer you as you have put this in the public domain and it’s important to have the facts correct.

Terrible !
Terrible !! I saw a 2nd hand bike on this site that I looked great. The description had no mention of any faults. Although I do know there are risks buying 2nd hand.
First I opted for next day delivery free of charge which I thought was a great bonus but the bike didn’t arrive for 4 days. When I did get it, the bike was extremely oily which concerned me so I took it for a bike check and there were a lot of things that needed fixing. A new chain was needed the brakes needed bleeding etc.. all together it was priced at £110 worth of worth, bare in mind the bike only cost me £300.
I messaged the company and they dismissed the work that needed doing and refused to give me a full refund if I was to send it back to them. In the end I only received £175 back. Which they didn’t even want to do that.
I’m disgusted with the service, they do not do refunds on 2nd hand bikes ! Which to me says all I need to know.
Please avoid this company at all costs. Well for 2nd hand bikes anyway

I'm sorry you feel so disappointed with the bike you purchased.
All our bikes are checked before they leave our warehouse and we put right any issues that are found by our technicians. We asked for evidence of the claims you were making so that we could assess them and put them right if they were correct.
We assessed the bike after agreeing to collect it back off you and what you fail to mention in your very derogatory review is that you had cross threaded the pedals damaging the crank arm making the bike unusable. This damage is estimated at substantially more than the amount we deducted from your refund.
You actually paid £275 with next day delivery included costing approximately £45, we collected the bike back which cost a further £25 and have had to repair the damaged caused by cross threading the pedals by incorrect fitting by you.
We found no other issues with the bike and we are very disappointed that you did not discuss the real problems with us and worked with us to resolve the actual problem.
