My comments are the same as the others. Contacting customer service is a waste of time because they believe their products are true products. I ordered Blind Date with a Book ( 1 thriller genre and 1 spicy romance genre). I received a 4 page pamphlet of The Last Song and The Notebook, not full books or either genre I asked for. The refund they offer is not even near half of what I paid for. Truly disappointing.

Ordered the 2025 planner over a month ago. Will be lucky to see it by 2026!

Do NOT buy anything from this company. It takes over a month to receive the product. We ordered Christmas cards and ornaments from them and they refused to refund the money after the cards arrived past Christmas. This company is based in China. They will scam you out of money. We are still fighting with PayPal to refund our funds. They should not be allowed to provide false advertising in the US.

Ordered 3 'blind date with a book' that should include (each) a book(in English), wrapped in a wrapping paper with some goodies like stickers, highlighter and bookmarks. First they charged me additional $9.85 for "tax" on a $39 purchase after the fact. Second, my shipment only arrived today and it was only 3 wrapping papers with stickers etc. no books!

I ordered the blind date with a book. It took 31 days to arrive and cost $27.00. I received today!! It is chapter 1 in a pamphlet and it is not the correct genre! Read reviews before purchasing, I didn't see any for the blind book package. Please don't order from them. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I ordered a blind date with a book package. It was supposed to be delivered 12-23 and just was delivered yesterday 1-10-25 after coming from Sweden. I ordered the book from GA. When it got to my friend it was not a book, but a stapled pamphlet with only the first two chapters of the book. She is a huge reader and I am so disappointed. This should be criminal.

Finally received book on today February 4, 2025, book is small, you will have to write small to get everything to fit in the box or the line space provided. Pen was not included. Would have been a great book if the book was larger and the boxes/lines to write were larger.

Still not satisfied

I placed an order on December 27, 2024. January 2, 2025, I sent an email to get the status of the order since it had not been updated on their site. January 8, 2025, another email sent for status, - carrier not yet updated, January 9, 2025 I requested the name of the shipping company and their tracking number. This is what states they are a scam this is their reply from my email: We have many shipping partners around the world. And we usually choose the one that is better to our customers. Your parcel is in transit in the exporting country now, so we can't confirm which carrier in your country will process it. We will urge the shipping company to respond ASAP.

Boy, I wish I had read these reviews before ordering my Christmas Cards. Received the cards on Dec 26. Been emailing back and forth for a refund. Their up to $36 refund but can't trust that I would even get that. I want $60.

I also ordered cards for Christmas. I didn’t receive them until Christmas Eve which was too late to send out my card. Yes I say card because they sent 1 envelope for 10 cards. I am contacting PayPal to get a full refund since they only offered me $3. I will also be putting scathing review on Facebook.

Ditto as the other reviewers. Ordered two sets of cards (10 cards per set). Didn't get them until Christmas Eve, too late to send out, and it wouldn't have mattered when I got them because there was only one envelope per set of ten cards. Contacted them and they offered me a $6 refund. I requested a full refund since the entire purchase was a failure. Waiting to see their response, but I'm not hopeful. I also had multiple shipping labels plastered over one another on the package. Has anyone reported them to Facebook since that's where their ad originated?

SCAM! Same thing happened to me as all the other reviewers. So glad I came on here and saw the comments. Cards came over a month late, after xmas. 1 envelope and 10 crappy cards. They kept saying be patient. Lol. Now they won't answer me for a refund. A few return address labels slapped over older ones. So frustrating trying to provide details for PayPal. They sided with seller twice, even tho cards arrived late, so now I sent a screenshot of seller saying "be patient and if you dont want the cards once you receive them, you can return them" Hopefully that will work, since the company is ghosting me.

I ordered 2 sets of Christmas cards and 2 ornaments from Simplybyallmeans. Never received them until after Christmas and upon opening the cards I found there was only one envelope per 10 cards. I'm refusing the unopened package through USPS and sending the other package back. But they refuse to issue a refund in the amount in which I spent. They offered to compensate me $3.00 and then again $8.00 to keep them. If I send back to their Chicago address they say that I will not receive a refund that's because the address they put on their package is in Chicago is a residential address. It's a fake address. These cards are from China and it's a TEMU situation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! CREEPY!!

If there was an option for zero stars I would put zero stars.
I think we are now all in the same boat, everyone I talked to who purchased something from this website has been scammed either not receiving the product or it being so late the use of the product is nul and void. I have filed an official complaint with the BBB,
I think we should all take this for what it is. Stop buying products that are advertised on Instagram/Tiktok/Facebook. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

They actually emailed me back and offered me a $2 refund. I told them I would be calling round to their street address to collect my money in person.

These people also do business as Gheathers Fottys. It's a total scam! I ordered an item in early November that arrived after Christmas and it was broken in the package. The quality is terrible. No way to find these people to do a return. I don't usually get snagged by these scams, but it looked good on FB. Stay away!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! If I could give zero stars that’s what they should get. I ordered Christmas cards on 11/20 and they arrived 3 days AFTER CHRISTMAS and they’re refusing to give my money back. They had 5 weeks to get it to me in time. What am I supposed to do with these now?? Bad customer service! Don’t give them a dollar!!!

No stars! Order arrived after Christmas, 1 envelope for 10 cards, now they try to offer $5 refund…I need to figure out how to report them. The worst company I have dealt with!

Less than No Stars - Ordered on November 27th with a promise of delivery before Christmas. Just received today. If I could return to get my money back I would. But I doubt they would allow the return. Never Never buy anything from this website again!!!

HIGHLY UNSATISFIED with my purchase!!!! Not only did it arrive AFTER Christmas but the corners of every card are bent, appear to be water damaged and the set only contains ONE envelope for 10 cards!?! They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau if they do not refund 100% of my purchase price. I would give them a ZERO star rating if I could. How dare they profit off our new President's success!? Shame on them!
