I see someone else had the same issue. I ordered Christmas cards the third week of November, and they arrived on Dec 30th. The cards were politically topical, so using them next year won't make any sense. Also, who sells 10 cards with only one envelope?

If there was less than 1 star, i would leave it. I ordered an item that never arrived. They are trying to tell me that it was delivered and they want me to go ask my neighbors if they have my package. it was also a month late and useless to me. Horrible customer service if any. Scammers, Stay away!

Wow. Just wow. This company is misleading and scams people. Their website claims my order is shipped from America, Georgia to be exact, yet I received tracking from Italy, the package arrives 5 weeks later with 3 labels plastered on top of each other, latest from Chicago, then to return cheap made item, you have to pay to return to...YOU GUESSED IT....CHINA!!! The shipping costs as much as the item. Scammers! Luckily PayPal gave me a credit in that amount because they couldn't force them to pay for shipping label.

Lesson learned! Sadly, too late though. I just ordered a budget planner 3 days ago because of an ad on FB. Within the hour of order, I noticed the description on my account did not match company name so I IMMEDIATELY emailed them and asked to cancel my order. They refused to do so and told me to wait to see if I liked the product so by the time I went back and forth with them several times....they said that it had sent out. Customer service is horrible and I wish I would have went with my gut and not ordered at all. I highly doubt that I will get money back. Keeping a close eye on my account and will be talking to the bank ASAP....just wish I thought to do so earlier. Again, lesson learned.

STAY AWAY!!!! Ireally wish I'd seen the reviews on here before purchasing. Order for cards placed on November 15, 2024 and I received cards on December 23, 2024. SERIOUSLY???!!! Oh and make sure you read the fine print on the website, which I didn't because HELLO? WHO SELLS 12 CHRISTMAS CARDS WITH ONLY ONE ENVELOPE???? And you can forget a refund because that's only available 30 days after purchase and they make sure your order doesn't arrive until 40+ days later.

STAY AWAY!!! Ordered Christmas cards November 18th…originated in Ireland, then suddenly China shows up in email. Did not receive until December 24th. 10 Christmas cards with one envelope….seriously?

Would give negative stars if possible. Over a month before Christmas I ordered cards. I didn't get them until after Christmas. The cards are absolutely worthless to me now. I e-mailed and said I wanted to send the cards back for a refund but was ignored except for canned messages. Do not buy anything from this place.

Ordered Christmas card. Today is December 28- still have not arrived but I’m told they are on their way! Due to them being shipped, NO REFUND! Absolutely a scam company claiming USA production but shipping from overseas! BEWARE‼️

This is the worst company to do business with. They are dishonest with where they are shipping from. I received my cards AFTER Christmas which does me no good. This is a scam. Never order from them.

Same as others have stated on here. I ordered Christmas cards on November 20th 2024 and received them December 26th 2024. Open the package and there are 10 cards but only one envelope! I was so pissed that I fell for this scam.

Stay away. Shady beyond shady. Ordered cards, received a tracking number, origination point SPAIN. Only to wait TWO MONTHS to be told I was given the wrong tracking information. Now, new number originates in China & is the most suspicious thing I’ve ever seen. No offer of refund (not even partial) no future credit offered, etc…. Run away

Should have read reviews, and should have known from a random ad on Facebook. I immediately knew because the price of my order was $26.53 and I paid with Apple Pay and was charged $33.16.

Like all others on here I should have read the reviews. Ordered cards on 11/18. Finally received them today 12/26. 10 cards and ONE ENVELOPE!!!!!

What a rip-off. Why do scam artists work so hard to cheat people. If they just worked as hard being honest as they are unscrupulous it couldn’t be much more work.

Lesson learned. I am filing a complaint with Paypal though.

An order was placed On November 20, 2024 for one package of 2024 Christmas cards.

Order was processed on November 21, 2024 in Ljubljana, Slovenia!?!?

Order is marked as shipped 14 days later. From Slovenia on December 4, 2024.

Order was received on December 26, 2024. One day after Christmas and envelopes for mailing Christmas cards were NOT included!

After reading the other reviews, I do not hold out hope for a refund from the company.

I will be filing a claim with PayPal!

Reviews are NOT available on their website! "100% NO-RISK, 90 DAY MONEYBACK GUARANTEE” is.
They use the American flag in all of their advertising videos on multiple social media sites and their own website, but the only thing they’re doing is scamming Americans out of their money!

Big disappointment!

UPDATE: filed claim through PayPal on 12/26/24. SimplyByAllMeans responded by offering a $4 refund. I declined it, and requested a full refund.
12/30/24 SimplyByAllMeans responded a second time by offering a $7 refund. I declined it once again reminded them of their "100% NO-RISK, 90 DAY MONEYBACK GUARANTEE”.

Don’t fall for this scam! I ordered cards well ahead for Christmas and received today. Also the cards are missing envelopes. Very disappointed!

This company is fraudulent.
1.) The company attests it has BBB accreditation. However, the business cannot, because it is not stationed in the United States or Canada.
2.) The company lists an address in England (Ground Floor 2 Woodberry Grove, London, England N12 0DR) as their address. A Google Earth investigation shows this is a shack and not a legitimate business.
3.) The group operates or drop ships out of China. This is apparent through their use of JS Express, a shipping company that ships out of Asia. (Although if you read their policies on their site, it's apparent they may have used translation services to translate into English.) Interestingly, the company states it runs on PST, which would indicate a United States company.
4.) The company, which conveniently no longer has ads on social media and only set up their web page in October 2024 opted to use a return address of 3646 S. Wolcott Ave. Chicago, IL 60609 as s return address. This is an empty home in Chicago, frequently used for brushing scams.

Terrible! I never received the Christmas cards! What a scam. 1 star is too much. 0 suits!

Ordered a month ago, finally got them on Christmas eve no envelopes! Demanding my money back.

I placed my order November 22nd!!!!...... All they do is tell me they are in transit. I am calling my bank to report the fraud today! Today is Christmas Eve STILL NOTHING. I feel so stupid. SMH
