100% SCAM and borderline criminal! All the other reviews are dittoed here! Ordered cards well over a month ago and Dec 23 they are not here yet! I found out they were shipped from Italy! They said they cannot give a refund but...
"We promise you that we will keep contacting with the shipping company to urge them expedite your parcel. It's almost there."

At what point do I consider it not delivered and stop payment? UGH!

UPDATE: It is Dec 26th and I just received the cards (without envelopes). I really don't see any resolution to the but I did file a complaint with PayPal. I also filed a complaint with the FBI division - Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)

Like everyone else, I was scammed by this company. I received several oh so polite apologies for the tardiness of my package and then, on Sunday, Dec 22 (after they had finally arrived a few days prior) I sat down to fill them out. Only I discovered that there was only one envelope! And not only that, but it was too large and had no glue on it to seal it. I immediately contacted them and was told that’s how they come. I told them that was stupid as no one can mail cards without envelopes. I asked for a refund and they “oh so graciously” offered me 3 US dollars.
I said no. I want the full amount.
I said I would report them to PayPal and I have written another email that PayPal suggested. If I do not get any satisfactory answer, I will escalate my complaint to PayPal.
This company is a scam!

Don't do it!! Ordered Christmas cards from ad in Facebook feed back in November, still waiting with Christmas 2 days away. I paid $53 for 3 sets of 15 cards. NEVER AGAIN!!! IF I would've known this company was over seas, well to be honest I'm not sure where they are located but when I seen my package was at customs I knew then they weren't here in the US. Smh

UPDATE: I received my CHRISTMAS cards late on December 30. Even if I had received them on time, I would have been met with the following problem: The order was for 40 cards. I received 4 packs of 10 cards. In each pack of 10 was one single, solitary, lone envelope. That's right! I received 40 cards and 4 envelopes in which to mail them.

It took 6 weeks to receive them, but the return address is Chicago, IL.

This has finally taught me not to order anything I see on social media. It's been over a month since I placed my order for Christmas cards. They were last tracked to Tulsa 4 days ago. No updates since then. Christmas is in 4 days. I've accepted I cannot receive them in time to mail them out, so they're useless. I do wish I have done a little research on reviews first. Never again. By the way, my order was noted to have originated in Spain.

Ordered cards and an ornament on November 4th, said they were shipping for GA, so there should be no issues. Wrong, my order was shipped from Portugal? Cards showed up yesterday 12/20, nothing like last minute Christmas cards. If you choose to order from this business, Caveat emptor.

Company is pitiful!!!!!!! I ordered 10 Christmas cards and envelopes. They only sent 10 cards and 1 envelope!
Contacted them and they denied it. Sent them a picture of what I received and they still denied it.
Eventually they wanted to settle for $3 but I still have not even received that!
I had to give 1 star but they do not deserve it!
I contacted PayPal for a full refund.

As others have stated, I ordered well over a month ago and finally received yesterday but were missing the envelopes. Shipped from Italy although the FB post said Gainesville, GA. Several tracking emails although never an actual location. Customer Service is a joke. They offered $3 off next purchase. Shame on me for not looking at reviews first. 100% Scam! Beware!

Zero stars is not an option or I give it to them. Fraudulent company. Never received cards, ordered a month ago. Same issue as everyone else.

Do not order from this company. Ordered on 11/20/24, it’s now 4 days till Christmas and have not received order. Ridiculous. I will post on all social media and let everyone I know to not buy from this company.

I ordered Christmas cards over a month ago. Paid for VIP shipping. Still haven't received the cards. I asked for a refund senders times. They keep telling me the cards are still on their way. Rude responses. Terrible company. Complete rip off. At this point the cards are useless. All I want is my money back.

Well don’t I feel silly. Same as all these other reviews, I ordered on 11/20 and still no cards on 12/21. Same run around everyone else is talking about. Website says ships from GA and I could have them before Christmas if I ordered them today, but the tracking is from Japan. Seller said they ship from all over the world and they select the closest location to the delivery address. So I guess Japan is closer to me than GA?

Ordered holiday cards from them over a month ago. Still have not received. It says on their website that they have five stars from trust pilot and clearly that is not true. I also cannot find them on the Better Business Bureau and they also advertise on their website that they have an A+ rating. I emailed them asking for a refund as the cards are not usable anymore since Christmas is only a few days away and all they will say is that they are on their way sorry for any delay. It’s been over 30 days since the order was placed! I’m going to find out how to make a formal complaint against this company because it definitely seems like a total scam.

DO NOT order from this company Simplybyall means. I placed an order with them for Christmas cards on Nov 19. Their ad stated they were made in USA Georgia. I'm in Florida so I thought it would not be an issue. Today is one full month from when I placed the order. NO CARDS. The shipping email indicated they were coming from Denmark !! Very misleading & I am pissed. I should have read the reviews first.

Experience the same as all these other comments. Ordered a month ago but will not receive in time to mail out for Christmas. Response from support was rude. Mislead by american flag in advertisement.

I am in the same boat as many of the other reviews. Order took over 30 days to receive missing the christmas mailing window.

I contacted them many times and was always told its coming. This is the not the first time I have ordered from a small company, but the other time I had a similar situation the president of the company (probably the only employee) personally sent an email explaining that they were overrun with orders and apologized. This company was arrogant in their lack of response

The worst !!!! Never got the Christmas cards ordered a month ago !!!! Watching them go through numerous ports in Spain and China . And they won’t refund my money. Stay away away . FAR Away !!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Similar to other reviews, I ordered 10 cards on November 20th and just received the cards today, December 20th. The cards were shipped from Italy! What a total waste of time and money. On top of that they shipped me 10 cards and 1` envelope. This was by far the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had.

Same as everyone else, took so long they appear to be in USA but they are not. They ignored my requests for refund. Finally after so long received cards with NO ENVELOPES. How am I supposed to use them? Christmas is 6 days away. What crap.

Don’t buy from them. They do respond but will not fix the problem. I ordered cards, 10 cards and one envelope… to 10 cards. I emailed that and they said the warehouse said it was correct. Also it took 30 days to get the cards with 12 postal stops during that time. Don’t bother with this company. They are not truthful of their location and if you have issues they won’t budge. I’ve ordered my own envelopes and of course the card is even a stupid size!

I saw it on Facebook… That should’ve been my first mistake. But I loved it, normally I check reviews… But I didn’t this time I ordered it. It took over one month for me to get The cards, and they came without envelopes… Who orders Christmas cards without envelopes? Absolutely ridiculous. I overpaid because it was cool and then I paid the Price. My Christmas card can’t go out in time now because it’s too late and I have to find envelopes to fit the cards. Absolutely ridiculous!!
