Similar to all other posts, this company is fraudulent. Christmas cards were ordered on 11/21/24 and as of 12/19/24 have yet to receive. Every week or so, I receive a "parcel status" for my order, which is simply an update as to where my order was most recently. I haven't even received the product to be able to review it appropriately, but have little hope based on other reviews. Chalk this up to a stupid tax.

This company is horrible! Ordered a Christmas product a month ago and have not yet received it, their response is always it’s in transit. They shouldn’t accept a Christmas order if they can’t get it to you on time. Their customer service is terrible!!

Ordered Christmas cards 11/21/24. It’s 12/18/24 still have not got my Christmas cards. Cheap stuff from china. Misleading

Ordered expensive Christmas cards from this company. Took one month to send the order. When cards arrived, no envelopes included!!!!! Do not buy from this company! Order takes forever! When order did arrive I contacted them, they offered $2 off next order-No Thanks!

I placed an order for Christmas cards Nov. 18th. Today is Dec. 18th and Christmas is next Wednesday. Guess who still doesn't have the cards she ordered to mail out? ME! Can't get anyone to return my enquiries either. I feel like I have been scammed.

Very deceiving with an American flag on their website. They are NOT in America. Ordered Christmas material in November, still have not received. Apparently shipped from Denmark. I don't even think they are a legitimate company.

Ordered Christmas cards on 11/23, it is now 12/18 and still no cards. Tracking says they arrived in the United States last week but no more updates. Originally came from Hungary. Crap company.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a box of 20 Christmas cards on November 15th and as of today, December 17, 2024 I have not received them. I have emailed the company 7 times and I receive the same response, the item is in transit. I contacted PayPal for a refund as at this point the Christmas cards are useless to me as it is too late to send them out and are useless for next year as they are date specific for 2024. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! OR YOUR TIME! PayPal is aware of this company and how shady they are. They are NOT a USA based company, they are out of CHINA! You will never receive your item on time or ever! I am editing this review as I received the cards on December 20 and when I open the package to look at the cards, there were NO envelopes with the cards! I contacted PayPal and requested a full refund. I had to send the cards back to China and pay the shipping and on my case for the refund I asked for a refund for the shipping! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I didn't want to give them 1 star, but it was the only way I could write this review!

Garbage. Purchased Christmas cards. Took almost a month to receive. They are printed on low quality stock and the entire order was hung up at customs in Slovenia. Cards arrived with no mailing envelopes. All this from a company that claims to be situated in the US. They are a fraud and their products lack quality. Poor customer service.

Worst customer service ever cannot give you any real answers. Do not buy from this site

Ordered CHRISTMAS cards on Nov 20. As stated 1 - 3 day delivery & shops from Gainesville, GA. TODAY IS Dec 16. Package was in France for quire a while, finally made it to US CUSTOMS, WHERE IT HAS BEEN FOR SEVERAL DAYS. Company is out of country & pat pal says to wait until Match to request a refund.

I waited over a month for my Christmas cards to come from Italy. I just sat down to write out the envelopes and there are no envelopes for my Christmas cards so now I have Christmas cards and no envelopes. No Customer service or quality assurance…do not buy from this company at all.

Well I ordered 10 cards and I did receive them, after almost a month. They had to come from Ireland. It took a while to hear anything and then they had to go through customs in Ireland, then it took a while, then they had to go through customs in America. After that it didn't take long to get the package. But I ordered 10 cards and only received one envelope. I contacted the company, they said to send a picture of the products I received, I did and they came back and said that the product was filled correctly in the warehouse so I should check the packaging again. Still only one envelope. I guess I should be glad that I got the cards, but now I have to go out and find envelopes for them. I did get notices for the tracking, But it was vague. My guess is that they are drinking to much good Irish Whiskey in the packaging area and aren't filling orders out correctly. I will not order from them again, and I will for sure check reviews closer and check where the order will be coming from in the future no matter what I order.

Ordered Christmas Cards on 11.22-still have not received. They will not refund and only bots respond to your inquiries. Do not buy from them.

I ordered Christmas cards. They finally arrived, but guess what no envelopes! There was one envelope for 10 cards! What a rip off. I will never use this company again.

These items come from china. They lie on Instagram saying you will have product 5-10 days. It never comes. They try to tell you "it will eventually come, better late than never", they have poor customer service, the order never arrives, says it was in "Belgium" customs then "US CUSTOMS", but it never arrives, tracking seems like a lie. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

States it ships from Georgia (USofA) and 1st shipment update is out of Italy. Odd. Then, it takes 15 days to get 12H drive to Customs and be inspected. Currently was update yesterday (Day 15) that it has left Customs.

I have respectfully requested termination with refund multiple times and am met with “Don’t worry, it will be there” or a variation of this with broken English. Still no refund. From the looks of other reviews, I won’t get my purchase or a refund.

They advertise high TrustPilot rating which is false as well as a BBB A+ rating. These are Federal Crimes of the Consumer Protection Act.

I’ve filed complaints with both sites. Yes, over a 20$ order. I’m over this crap.

Do not use this company. They are stealing pictures off of Etsy - they are not a real company. The tracking orders are not real, and they will not refund. You will have to dispute with your bank.

This company is absolute crap. Provided with a tracking number out of Italy originally, now they sent me a correct tracking number which is coming out of china. Ordered these over 2 weeks ago and just got on a plane today? Company sucks. I will be canceling and putting a stop payment
