We really enjoy the meals from Simply Cook, we find that because we don’t get the raw produce we can pick & choose when we have time for each meal according to who’s home. We’ve been using these for a few years now and have only had 2 of the 50+ boxes we have ordered not turn up as scheduled, this is sorted via email the same day and a replacement box sent out. No complaints, excellent service, would recommend

We love using simply cook there is such a variety of recipes to choose from.When we don’t know what to have for dinner it’s easy to reach for one and produce a delicious meal in less than 30 mins .It saves buying so many spices which then remain in the cupboard.

Never received first box, so I emailed and they sent a replacement straight away.
Lost box turned up with the new one 😂😜🤷🏻Brilliant after sales service.

I’ve tried a few different online companies and I have to say SimplyCook Food is always very delicious and largely very simple recipes that even I can manage. My daughter‘s favourite meal ever is their chilli chicken chowder. I’ve never had a company that even my children enjoy the majority of their food. it’s definitely worth the money.

The service from the company is first rate. Queries answered instantly and helpfully. We liked the fact that whilst we were sent recipes and sauces/flavourings that we could buy fresh ingredients when we choose to, rather than vegetables and fruit going 'off' by the end of the week as we had experienced with other companies. The menus are very varied...especially if you eat fish and meat.

I saw the advert of a free box if you pay the postage .
They are incredibly sneaky and do not explain clearly that you are entering in to a monthly contract .
I feel completely let down I have contacted there customer service team.
And they are only offering a 50% refund.
If I had nown I would not have made my order

Honestly, although it was irritating at first as my delivery didnt come, i contacted them and they apologised for the inconvenience and have sent me out a replacement, usually, they come completely fine and make my meals taste amazing! So happy they gave me a replacement and honestly shocked by how good their service is.

We now have a more varied diet with different flavours. We even adapt some of our usual meals with ideas from using Simply Cook. They a good range of meals too.

Delicious, easy to follow recipes. Not too many ingredients. And, the spice boxes are SO flavourful. I always feel proud of the meal that I have cooked.
Customer service is outstanding! Always easy to pause my subscription.
My only suggestion would be more recipes which don’t involve rice as an accompaniment. These recipes are all very good, just would like more variety.

Simply cook has really changed our cooking routine! We never have any waste at the end of the week as we’ve bought exactly what we need. We eat such a varied menu and the taste is amazing! We are completely hooked and love it x

Simply Cook's wide variety of recipes caters for all tastes. These little pots of intense flavour and the easy to follow recipe cards make cooking a pleasure. I like how alternatives and additions are suggested.

The support and assistance from the Simply Cook team is truly exceptional. The ability for each child to pick a meal has led to the evening meal being eagerly looked forward and an easy conversation starter. It’s Simple but Superb.

The recipes are varied, simple to follow, tasty and are a godsend for a reluctant chef who is forced to produce the occasional meal.

Good choice of recipe boxes at a good price.
Easy to cancel, postpone membership if required.

This is a great scheme and very flexible. The recipes are varied to suit every taste and the glory is, you pick your own fresh ingredients from your supplier of choice as and when you choose to cook. The recipes add a new dimension to our dinner menus and are quick and easy to follow. The customer service team are also excellent.

I love these boxes we have obe every Saturday becausecwe got fed up with claggy, fatty, MSG ridden takeaway's. I've got my father-in-law, daughter and daughters boyfriends family hooked as well. The best thing is that, if theres only two of you, you can make a variety of meals with minimal ingredients and you don't have lots of half used jars hanging around.

I love these kits. For me it's really helpful to have only a few ingredients to buy. I love the shopping list function on the app, I can nip into the shops on my way home from work and see what I need to buy so I find I'm not wasting as much food as before. The meals are delicious and so much nicer than takeaways that it's cut our eating-out quick dramatically saving us a small fortune. I love food but struggled with being organised and having a routine but now I find it so easy.
