Great service and very good quality and value for money
I have used other companies to order sewing accessories but recently discovered this site and found it the best for value, quality and great personal service. One of the items I ordered had just gone out of stock and I was immediately contacted and able to change to another similar item. The order was then sent very promptly - I received it next day despite having opted for the cheaper postal service!

Helpful customer service...
Had a query before I ordered through Simply Haberdashery and the response was from Nicola and was the next day, thorough and helpful. When I purchased something it came sooner than I expected through standard delivery. It even had a handwritten "thank you" on the invoice which is a nice touch, would definitely buy from them again if I need anything else.

Nicola is always prompt to respond, and goes out of her way to provide the best service. Quality of goods is excellent, delivery speedy. She’s has been a godsend over lockdown! Fabric really god quality - have loved using it for patchwork.
