Cannot recommend Rob and the service he provided to me and my wife who are first time buyers. Despite our excellent credit/available savings we were rebuffed previously for a joint mortgage due to my wife being international. Rob took the time to answer our numerous questions throughout the process and assisted when several estate agents had extravagant demands or needed contact from him before we could even view a property. We were able to get an affordable mortgage for our new home within 3weeks of engaging with Rob. Having dealt with other brokers in the past - Rob Clark was a total breath of fresh air. He explained the sometimes complex process and documents at every step of the journey and was always available for my questions or calls even out of normal office hours. I didn't believe that good old fashioned service still existed but Rob proved me wrong!
