Although at first, I was very disappointed at the poor customer feedback when placing the order that the item shown to be in stock was in fact held back because of production problems. This is where Simply Sound & Vision came back with 1st class service and regularly called and messaged with updates when I might get my order. Bought a pair of Sonos Era 100 speakers from this company which were £50 cheaper than everywhere else. I was able to pay directly through my Amazon account, which made it so much easier and gave me peace of mind (never having heard of them before!).
My experience? FANTASTIC!! The products arrived within 2 days - packaged with care too.
I shall certainly be using them again in the future - I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much!
