I had a travel booked, the airline has changed one flight which broke the connection. They refused to change for another flight stating that is must be handled by the travel agency. They requested to pay an extra 800 GBP for a rebooking. The travel agency told me that the airline was requested more money and will not make any other concession if it was not paid. They pointed all issues to the travel agency while they were the one which cause the involuntary change and that requested more money. This is just a racket of customer. I dont understand how these practices can be legal and allowed. This is not the world I want to live in or my children to grow up with. I will never use them again
Never had a bad flight with SIA.
I've never had a bad flight with Singapore airlines in the 6 years I lived and worked overseas. I would usually travel home once or twice a year. At the hight of the pandemic when Australians were trying to get back home and it was practically impossible, Singapore air got me to Singapore, then on a scoot flight back home.

Flown with them for 10 years and they have been great. But over the last month the customer service has been appalling. As I write I've been on hold for 2 hours to simply pay for return flights to Singapore. Why make it so hard for me to give you my money? Thought that's what you were in business for? And this is my fourth call so I'd say around 6/7 hours in total, in addition to multiple emails. If Emirates can make it straightforward why can't Singapore Air?

with their passengers, it’s a DISASTER!.
I tried to change my ticket in their app it actually succeeded I get a mail back saying that I have to confirm it with a local SingaporeAir local office, if I don’t do this latest 1 of May 5 PM in the morning , booking change will be cancelled , and my many hours on the net trying to change my ticket will be a total waste of time. So I call the Bali Singapore Airlines office Sunday 1 of May as instructed, guess what? it’s closed on sundays.
Then I try calling the Singapore airline office in Singapore from Bali , and their phone answer tells me I need a pin to talk to them ? if you don’t have the pin you can’t talk to them ?
I search the Internet how to get the pin I find the place in the app I push “get your pin” but it doesn’t work it changes your password instead , and I get message: “Technically error try later” 1 of May midday I get a reminder mail from them that I need to confirm now or booking will self-destruct
I try to write them back and tell them my obstacles, but off course it a NO REPLY MAIL
THEY JUST DONT WANT TO COMMUNICATE unbelievable unprofessional and oh my God

I've been on the phone with you guys for 4 days about my flight. When I finally got through the first time, my call was dropped. The 2nd time the voice quality was so poor the agent hung up on me.

No customer service & no updates on past-due refund!
Singapore airlines cancelled one of the flights I booked back in November 2021 and did not bother to inform me. I found out myself and asked for refund, waiting for 40 mins on the phone to get the refund done.
I was told the refund will be back in my account in 6 weeks but no news at all.
Horrible customer service with ridiculous waiting time & empty promises!

I was denied boarding at the airport because Singapore Airline refused my PCR test even though I checked with their telephone advisory staff days prior because their website was down. I was stuck at the airport for 4 hours whilst waiting to talk to them because their staffs weren't unsure. After the long wait I was told I had to reschedule my flight. I had no support during that time. They were also responsibility to reschedule my MIQ slot which took 3 months to organise but they did not do any of that. Even worse they denied admitting to making the mistake! Their complaint team is non existent. They just asked me to write a feedback on line that's it.

I found Singapore Airlines to be one of the best. There isn't much I could say bad about them. Staff were kind and accommodating. Loved the hot towels,💕 very special. Nice to freshen up with during your flight.
