Fast, helpful and efficient

Quick, simple and efficient. They responded within hours of my queries, helped me figure out my cycle scheme certificate and the bike came looking amazing.

Fantastic website, great sales team & fast delivery!

I’ve been struggling to find a decent single speed bike in all the U.K. shops. Single speed co. offers such an amazing choice of bikes at great prices. Their sales team were a huge help too!

Ordered a bike including front wheel…

Ordered a bike including front wheel brakes and added freewheel. Upon assembly I noticed the freewheel was missing, not on the bike nor in the package that was shipped. I contacted support and they provided 2 options: send me the freewheel so I assemble it myself or give me 15 pounds to buy it myself. Obviously I go for shipping as I don't want to spend the time and effort in researching which freewheel I should get, with the risk of getting the wrong thing (a quick look also showed a huge price range not covered by the 15 pounds).

So be it, I requested for them to ship it. On the 29th of May the message was: "If we ship it today It should be with you later this week or early next week." We're now the 8th of June and I still haven't received anything. If I check the Track and Trace and only today it is leaving England... It took more than a week of internal shipping which seems insane. I don't understand how such a small piece can take this long to ship.

I'm really disappointed this is the service I received/am receiving and nothing else was proposed. When ordering I expected the freewheel to be attached to the wheel already so I wouldn't have that hassle myself. "Luckily" they shared me a dark amateur youtube video on how to install it when I ever get it.

Hi, Yoshi! I am very sorry the bike arrived without that one extra bit. Something clearly had gone wrong at the warehouse and we shipped it as soon as you notified us. It is extremely unusual the shipping for the freewheel takes so much time, usually, small parcels to the Netherlands take no longer than few days. I would have loved to help you with this issue if we had been notified, we wouldn't know the delivery hasn't arrived without your assistance. I can only assume the post office has taken the time with passing the UK customs and I am terribly sorry for that.
Since the freewheel has left the UK it should be in your postbox shortly now.
P.s. sorry for the lousy video we shared, it was the first relevant search that came up to illustrate how easy it is to fix it. Please do drop us an email should you need any assistance.

Great product - long delivery

Great product. Great service. But long delivery time from Ukraine. It was displayed being in stock but needed over 1 week for delivery.

Hi, Peter! I am sorry your delivery took longer than expected. This applies only to Zulu foot straps. They are currently being shipped directly from the manufacturer causing a slightly longer delivery time. We are looking into options having the foot straps stocked in the UK in near future.

Inferior parts compared to specification

Bike arrived with components inferior to the ones on the specification (wheels and saddle). Although Single Speed Co. has agreed to replace the parts and apologised for the inconvenience the whole process has been very slow and I am still waiting for the replacement saddle. The mistake has also meant I have had to spend extra time removing tyres, inner tubes, sprocket etc from the old wheels and building up the new bike. From my experience, I would not recommend to others.

I am terribly sorry for the mixup. Indeed, there was a warehouse error resulting in the bike delivered with different parts as advertised. I believe we have now shipped all parts as per the original description, I am very sorry it took longer than expected for the right components to be there.

What a grate company

What a grate company, very easy to talk to and very fast shipping. I got some Tshits and a few other things and you can tell tat they have done there research into the fabrics they use.

Great customer service.

If 4.5 was an option then they would get that. The item I ordered took nearly a month to arrive but when they did it was spot on. When I contacted Evija over the problem I was refunded half the value straight away without me even having to ask. Then I was promised I would get a full refund if the item didn’t arrive soon. Needles to say they did arrive and I didn’t require any further action. The packaging was fairly heavily damaged but I suspect that was a customs/postal issue. Customer service was 100% on this and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. It’s just a shame that the postal service let it down.

Great products inconsistent service

Ordered from theese guys in various occasions and usually with little issue but this time round I'm getting no communication from the company I still haven't received my parcel and no one seems to wish yo want to reply to my emails or messenger messages.

It's a shame really because with the service being so inconcsistent I feel the need to take my business else where.

Personally I know all he product are on offer are great just I would appreciate alot better communication especially when there's issue with my delivery and I've paid a decent amount of money and I've received nothing and you've taken my money and not replied to any of my messages.
