Great service and a speedy delivery. Only negative was that the bike I bought went on sale the following week. Never a great feeling.

I changed few parts from my old, but bicycle that came was okay anyways, just wanted to change something, so it’s more original

Only thing was my handlebar grip was put on incorrectly. Other than that I’m loving the bike

I bought a bike which after professional assembly, as recommended by the company, turned out to be bent by 10mm. I immediately contacted the company regarding the issue on the 6th of December. I am writing this review today on the 8th of January and I still haven't received an adequate response despite following up a number of times and being promised that they would get back to me asap! The Bike I purchased was one of the mid range ones and so it is completely unreasonable to have it delivered damaged, the bike is brand new and technically is still under warranty.

I have had a superb experience with Single Speed Co. From start to finish they were very helpful and clear in handling of my purchase. Even when it turned up and I got it out of the box with a crack in the break leaver! It was easy to contact them through Facebook messenger (so quick and easy compared to emails going back and forth) and totally understanding and apologising even though it was probably he handlers of the product. Said it was no problem and happy to send it to another address with ease too. Friendly staff on the other end and all round very helpful even when I had a problem. And not to mention a beautiful looking product I received in the end too!

The bike is very good for the price. I realize Christmas is a busy time but would of appreciated better communication regarding delivery time.
