Product was exactly as shown and all components seem to be of a decent quality.
Only had him a week but really happy so far. The bike is faster than I thought it would be!
DHL were superb; I got back from holiday after they'd tried to deliver twice and the driver checked again in the afternoon I got home as he was in the area.
The communication between buying and delivery was great.

Great item (Foffa single speed - brilliant bike) unacceptably slow delivery (it wasn't free delivery either) rubbish after care. Will hesitate in purchasing another product from this company

I bought my bike with Single Speed Co. through my employers cycle work scheme. The customer service I received was absolutely fantastic - I think I managed to change my quote four times and each request was dealt with quickly and professionally.
The purchase was effortless and the bike arrived safely a couple of days later. Each stage of the process was communicated to me and I was able to follow the progress easily. I would whole heartedly recommend Single Speed Co. and I couldn't be happier with my bike.

Overall the experience I had with Single Speed bikes was great. They were quick to answer my questions and gave some good advice. I even received an email from the owner of the company thanking me for buying a bike from him. When the bike arrived I was very impressed with it and everyone has commented how great it looks.

The bike took slightly longer than expected to be dispatched (6 working days), but when I queried this they did respond promptly with a reason and it was then dispatched the next working day.

All in all I would recommend Single Speed Bikes

Great range of bikes and very happy with my choice, good value, very friendly and helpful customer service. Just a couple of suggestions:
- Lots more work required on delivery than I had anticipated.... back brake was not attached which is pretty fiddly to do, and would be good if you asked if I intended to ride Fixie or SS in advance (I wanted SS so had to change the wheel myself).
- Parcelforce delivery isn't great. Parcel tracking could only tell me the day of arrival with no timeslot so I had to stay in all day.

I think overall they try to offer a good service. But being objective it was not a friction-less purchase:

1)Single Speed Co.
- Did not send a DHL tracking number. It took multiple calls to get my bike, including some last minute rescheduling calls (from their end not mine)
2) Foffa Bikes:
- Back break came defective.

*** I got a refund for what I paid for the break, which I was told was covered partly by Foffa and partly by Single Speed Co.

Great communication. The single speed team really guided me through my options, whether to buy direct or through the cycle to work scheme. Delivery was really fast and arrived on time!

My experience with Single Speed is absolutely flawless... quick response to messages and prompt delivery with tracking number. The bike is stunning and it is even more beautiful and cool looking that I even imagined.
I am super excited to start cruising around and enjoying that beautiful retro looking piece of simplicity.
