I ordered a bike (Rutherford) in a 52cm frame. I then had contact from one of the staff asking if I was sure over sizing (after reviewing a message I sent). This then involved another staff member, and between the two of them, they went out of their way to check exactly what size I would be happy with based on my dimensions and riding style/preference. The contact was immediate and fluid. This has been an absolute first for me. Never have I received such genuinely dedicated and concerned service like this. Absolutely unheard of.
So, service wise, absolutely impeccable. Delivery time too was great as was the regular updates. As for the bike, it looks superb, has received LOADS of positive comments.
Honestly, one of my best purchasing experiences ever!

Very good customer service! The tools provided for building the bike could be better.

The worst service I have ever had buying something online. I wasted so much time and money dealing with this terrible company. Never buy something from them! They are rude and arrogant, dont take responsibility for their deliveries and make you feel bad for questioning them on it. A bike took 3.5 weeks, countless calls, emails, taxis to arrive at false delivery times. While the company said its not their responsibility and not getting back to emails. It is their responsibility until I receive the bike. In the end they said it was going back to the warehouse as did parcleforce and then it actually did get delivered, crazy! By this point I didn't want to deal with this company or give them my money so it was collected by parcleforce (equally incompetent) where I had to wait yet another day for the courier. STAY AWAY! If i could rate them 0 stars I would.

1st class company although i was delivered a different colour bike which i have to say is superb. im sure if that wasn't the case the bike would have been exchanged. Delivery time was fast and communication was also excellent. I would certainly buy from them again

Excellent selection of bikes, received mine in less than 5 days. Very happy with it. Plus the customer service is really good and responsive.

Good service, would have appreciated slightly faster delivery but overall very happy.

Free delivery took time. Fortunately I had no hurry. Bike is a Candy, so sweet to ride. Have to change the seat though, but for a woman I suppose that's no news. And maybe some other fine tuning as well, we'll see.
