I was very pleased to find this bike as I'd been looking for it everywhere. Purchasing from Single Speed was easy and the messenger feature meant I could check on my updates for the shipping! The shipping was a little slow, and I didn't get many details on expected delivery dates, but it was the bike brand, and not Single Speed, shipping it.

Bad quality, bad service.

Immediate email reply. Amazing bicycles and the delivery is exactly as scheduled!

Customer service was excellent. They was always happy to help and answered any queries that I had. I would definitely buy from them again.

Not a bad service but the order did not come with a delivery date or estimate so I had to send a message asking and no where on the site did the bike mention it was a lo pro style

Excellent customer service, very personal and fast responses via Facebook. My delivery concerns (timing and product status) were considered and expectations met. However, I was frustrated by not getting the bike I wanted. I bought The Black Matte 6 on the website, and after I processed the payment I was noticed on the following day that this bike was not available on warehouse. They offered me other options, including an upgrade to the Galaxy, which I accepted. Beautiful and great bike.

Purchased my second bicycle through them, even though we had a hiccup with a supplier they were brilliant in helping out :].

Really good service, reliable and good communications

I ordered my bike on the understanding it was on back order - which I was totally fine with. That said, it would have been useful to have some ballpark estimate provided - I had to request this. Then, there was a delay on delivery which was no fault of Single Speed - although I didn't find this out until I followed up after the estimated date passed. The product is great, but I'd suggest more proactive communication to keep the customer up to date and manage expectations. Also, I'm still waiting on a follow-up about raising the handle-bar height, but I'm not overly hopeful that I'll get anything without having to chase.

Everything went smoothly, I am very satisfied with the service provided by this company.

Really good service. The parcel was delivered in 8 working days via DHL.

Very good service , but the only thing I found a problem with was the quality of the brakes. Had to purchase better quality brake pads as the ones supplied are not good enough. Everything would be perfect if the bike had come with higher quality brake pads ,

Very helpfull and almost instantaneous customer support, delivery was very fast too. Only complaint is that I did not receive a tracking number until the bike was almost at my house but it made for a nice surprise so no complains, I recommend this shop.

Waiting 3 months for a bike might be acceptable considering that a certain bike is sold out and Foffa waiting another production batch from China arriving. But after the 3 month waiting period and confirmed arrival in warehouse still waiting 3 weeks my bicycle to be shipped.
People @ SingleSpeed are kind, but finally the result is counting and this means I paid a bike but waiting shipment. Simply unacceptable.
