I recently applied for the HSBC TravelOne Credit Card through SingSaver.
Initially, there was some confusion regarding the specific terms and conditions from the bank, which led to a delay in receiving my sign-up reward along with continuous follow-ups from both bank and Singsaver.
However, Jeremiah from the SingSaver team was incredibly helpful. He immediately investigated exactly what was happening with the processing, took the time to understand the issue, and provided a clear explanation and the most important is a solution!

Singsaver is a scam. On the rewards redemption, I applied for 3 credit cards and it still shows pending financial instituition approval after 4 months on their website. I got the cards a long time ago. When asked, the customer service still says the FI needs to the process and respond to them. Dont waste your time with them

Let me share my experience so others can decide if this is worth their time. My wife and I both applied for the same SingSaver promo, separately.
Different emails, different accounts, different Moomoo IDs.I selected $130 cash. She selected the iPad. I received my cash. She received nothing.
According to SingSaver, this is perfectly valid.
Their explanation? Because my submission was “first”, it somehow overrides hers, so only one reward is honoured. So apparently, two separate people can fulfil all the requirements, and only one gets rewarded. Interesting logic.
To be clear, everything was done properly, by the book. We provided all the required details, screenshots, account IDs, and proof showing both applications were separate and valid. Even their own data shows two different Moomoo accounts.
Didn’t matter.
What’s worse is their explanation kept changing along the way. First they said she selected cash. Then it became duplicate submissions. Then somehow I used her account ID. Each reply tells a different story, none of which actually lines up with the evidence.
Final answer: “process completed, cannot reverse.”
No real investigation. No attempt to reconcile the facts. Just a policy wall.
And here’s the part that really doesn’t sit right, both applications resulted in two separate Moomoo accounts being opened successfully. Yet only one reward was honoured. Make of that what you will.
My guess? We used the same laptop, and their system couldn’t tell the difference between two legitimate users. If that’s enough to void a reward, then the system is fundamentally flawed.
After looking around, I realised this isn’t even rare. There are plenty of similar complaints online, people doing everything correctly, providing proof, and still getting denied. Go search on reddit and even the follower reviewers on this site. So yes, the promos may look attractive upfront. Just understand the risk.
Even if you do everything right and can prove it, there’s no guarantee you’ll get what was promised. And if something goes wrong, don’t expect much resolution.
Oh ya, did I mention the whole ordeal took more than 90 days?

DON'T USE SINGSAVER. They use systematic delay tactics to withhold your rewards.
My Timeline :
Nov 11 2025: Applied for Citibank card & met spending criteria.and promised to give me rewards with in 4 weeks by Jan 1.
Jan 1 2026: Original 4-week deadline. NO REWARD.
Dec 19 2025: Promised by end-Jan. NO REWARD.
Jan 30 2026: They admitted their "technical error," confirmed my PayNow was correct, and promised immediate transfer.
Feb 27 2026: After a month of silence, they used the SAME EXCUSE they already apologized for!
Mar 2 2026: Now asking for another 30 working days to investigate.
It has been nearly 4 MONTHS. They likely took the commission from Citibank but refuse to pay the consumer.

I have not yet receive my reward and I do not understand that why Singsave asked me to review before i receive anything!
Also to feedback that for the reward tracker, there isn't enough information or update of how the reward is being processed.

Singsaver is lie. Do not trust them when they offer cash vouchers or other gifts. The T&Cs usually limit the incentives to the first xx subscribers and so far I have not gotten anything from buying through them

Received an email saying my paynow reward has been credited with a transaction reference, checked my paynow bank account and nothing at all (+-5 days from the stated credit date). Opened a ticket with them and have yet to receive a response.
