Money taken but products not being delivered.

I ordered and paid for a set of taps 4 weeks ago that were stated as being in stock and yet have they have still failed to arrive or be dispatched. I’ve call on 4 occasions now only to be fobbed off, each time being promised a call back that was never received.
Save yourselves the trouble and buy from elsewhere.

My second purchase from sinks!!

My second purchase from sinks!!! Supersonic next day delivery. Tracking was not perfect but delivered in good condition. Checked the stock level before l made I ordered with customer service. Thanks 👍

Extremely bad customer service : avoid

Extremely disappointing service. I would recommend buying from elsewhere.
Bought a sink and drain pack, both delivered fine, no issues. I had them installed about 3 weeks after they were delivered only to find out from the plumber that the drain pack was incomplete. I had not been informed of this by Sinks.
Ironically after the plumber had left the missing part (which I was unaware of) was delivered. I then had to rebook the plumber to fit the part. This was obviously an extra charge a weeks delay. Plumbers are not cheap and are busy!
I call the company twice to voice my complaint, no one ever got back to me.
I was informed that I should have checked the drain pack to establish if it was complete before booking the plumber!!
Unfortunately I am not a plumber nor psychic. How would I know if a sealed drain pack is incomplete?
Absolutely shocking customer service, definitely avoid if you can.

Avoid if you need a good company to deal with.

Useless - Promised delivery by a certain date and no show. Called 2 days later and item still not sent out. Not willing to make any commitment on stating when it will even be dispatched. This was a trial order for them with the plan of putting a lot more business their way but they have failed miserably. Avoid if you need a good company to deal with.

Lead time on webpage a lie

Lead time on webpage a lie. Called and told would still be in timeline of my kitchen fitting- called again and told it would be a week later. Very frustrating- will not use again.

Great service

I had booked my plumber for the 24th to fit my new SINKS.CO.UK supplied tap .The item was a day latter arriving, as in the 22nd instead of the 21st, through no fault of SINKS.CO.UK .To get the tap to me for the 24th took a terrific effort by Alexa in the office and the staff in the warehouse. The tap is fitted and looks terrific. Thank you all concerned. Paul Taylor

Poor delivery

Happy with order process and speed of dispatch. Unfortunately they use a useless courier company, DX Express. My order did not arrive on the scheduled day nor was there a sufficient explanation of where it was. I had to buy another tap as the plumber was booked in for a specific day. Took four days to get back to me with precise details of where the tap has been left. Not great customer service.

Great experience

I was wary from some of the reviews on here but had an outstanding experience ordering Perrin & Rowe taps. They went out of their way to look into lead times and availability and managed to source me some that arrived much sooner than the estimated lead times. Got them at a great price too.

I ordered franke eiger tap

I ordered franke eiger tap. The packaging was pathetically thin on arrival we checked it visually. Due to time of year it was 2 weeks before the plumber could come. Once installed under bright kitchen lights there was a bend in thr light refraction. On examination by hand showed a dint in it which you couldn't see in natural daylight of course sinks not interested so warning physically check your item on arrival as their packaging is pathetic and as others report not interested wish I had read reviews before ordering

Super company, great service

I ordered a sink from this company which came very promptly but wasn't quite what I wanted. I arranged by phone to return it and buy a different model. This came equally promptly and the original sink was collected as arranged. When DHL didn't process the return properly, sinks.co.uk looked into it for me and actioned a refund, even thought they didn't have all the paperwork through from DHL. I had wondered about this company having read the reviews below but I have to say it was great service from a super, UK based company with real people on the telephone!

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Will never use this company again and stongly recommend that you don't either. One star is too generous.

I deliberately chose 2 items based on their availability for next day delivery. They should have arrived on the Friday, which they didn't. In fact, when I called, I was told the items had not even been dispatched. Customer services "could only apologise". No offer of expedited delivery, no offer of refund, no understanding that delays cost their customers not only time but also money. The soonest I could get it was Monday! (ie 4 days after the noon on thursday ordering deadline)
Oh dear. Still no sink on Monday. Yet another pleasant but useless customer services bod apologising but offering neither solution nor compensation. Items still hadn't been dispatched, just sitting in their warehouse. What????

Genuinely, if you use 'next day delivery as a selling point, you have to honour that commitment.
Really hope this was a one-off, but if not, expect the company to fold pretty quickly as this is no way to run a business.

Delivery of the wrong sink, and no exchange

Ordered an expensive (£897) Shaws Ribchester from Sinks.co.uk and received a different (less expensive (£622) Shaws sink direct to my kitchen supplier. Cabinet was built to this incorrect sink, and when it was then delivered to me, and I realised it was the incorrect one, they wanted nothing do with exchanging, or refunding me the difference for less expensive sink that they had delivered. While we were not looking for them to pay for the new cabinet we had to build, we expected to have the sink swapped for the one purchased, and they were not interested. Incredibly poor customer service and no social media presence. Please don't buy from this retailer- very poor indeed. Avoid.

Do NOT buy from Sinks.co.uk

1. Sink arrived scratched, phoned sinks to complain they said they would need photo's, I sent photo's
2. Two weeks later the sink was collected but still waiting for replacement.
3. Replacement arrived much joy at home until we opened the box to find there was no waste so phoned again. Had to send a photo of sink to prove no waste?
4) After numerous phone calls they said they had posted the waste via Royal Mail and DHL so we should get it.
Some days later no waste so we asked for a refund and return the sink We boxed the sink after buying tape that they required for us to return it.
5) Week 4, 2 days before it was to be collected the waste arrived, great so we cancelled the collection.
Had the sink plumbed in on 28th September after initial sink was delivered on 28th August, happy at last - No
6) The new sink bowl has a depression which does not allow the water to flow freely, Sinks cannot help as once installed you have to go back to Franke.
7) We have now emailed Franke and so the saga continues.
8) Overall my experience with Sinks was beyond awful, the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced, I made over 15 calls on my mobile to them they phoned me twice.
All this started on 28th August - ongoing 1st October now with Franke.

Delivered a broken sink and refused to take it away

We are renovating our kitchen, and our carpenter ordered a 'franke antea AZG to be delivered to our home in Wimbledon. However, when the box was opened, the sink was broken. It took three days for Sinks.co.uk to send another, and they blatantly refused to take broken one away - which means that we, the customer, have to do the company's dirty work, for which they are responsible. One star is too much for such appalling, and rude, customer service. Don't use them.

Avoid

We bought the Austen & Co. Ravello Stainless Steel Large Inset & Undermount 1.5 Bowl Kitchen Sink, because we wanted a 1.5 bowl sink with a slightly larger than standard width main sink. What a mistake. The quality is awful. You only have to look at it and it scratches. The old Grohe one here that's been in a different room for decades doesn't have a single scratch on it. The lip was slightly bent in places and needed hammering down for worktop fitting. The plug fittings are cheap and flimsy. We could tell the website reviews were fake but went with it anyway, because we struggled to find anything else in the correct size in time for what we needed. Regret it now. Will be reporting to Trading Standards for the fake reviews.

I Ordered a sink from sinks.co.uk

I Ordered a sink from sinks.co.uk. It was easy to do and a great price. Afterwards, I had a look at Trustpilot and was horrified by the reviews. When I phoned customer service on Monday (with a view to cancelling my order), I got through straightaway and was informed that the sink had already been dispatched. So this was amazing. It arrived today. One working day after I ordered it. I have had a great experience with no issues so far. Perhaps they’ve upped their game.

Avoid ! Oh how I wish I had read the reviews on…

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews on this page before purchasing a £300 sink which I have just tried to return unused as I have purchased the wrong one. They won’t take it back or even offer an exchange! Avoid avoid avoid. No where to leave poor reviews on their website, no social media presence to complain and warn others on.
