Very impressed with ease of use
LOVE this idea, the blood draw, and the ease of use. Advice is to use the online live call on the first try. Once you have it down, it works well. Getting your results is slow - more than 2 weeks. So, if you need your results quickly, just go get your blood drawn. For convenience, ease, and trend monitoring (with no urgency to view results), Siphox is great!

No more avoiding lab work
The process as a whole was very simple and the guidance given by Billie helped me feel confident. Had a bit of a reaction to the second draw but nowhere near the reaction to traditional blood draws.
Very glad to have an alternative to IV blood draw.

Billie was extremely friendly and very helpful during the entire collection process. It was easy and pain-free and fun to have someone to talk to while collecting a total of 3 tubes. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to avoid a blood draw at a lab.

Live Session Best for Ensuring Success
Although I was tempted not to do the live session as the only reason I needed a new kit is I didn't let the sample dry. Working with Jasmina ensured I got everything right and I didn't have to keep consulting the directions. Also, I'm not a patient person and Jasmina kept me focused on tips while I waited the 3 minutes for the heating pad.

Horrible customer support
Horrible customer support. Their AI couldn't answer my problem, so they sent an email to their support staff. I was in the middle of testing, so that was taking too long. Tried to get into their online support system for 40 minutes - never got through. Finally they sent an email saying they would get back to me within a day. I NEEDED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE QUICKLY. If all goes well, it might be ok, but don't count on any support if you run into a problem.
