I am very impressed with the service I…

I am very impressed with the service I have received thus far. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong replacement hose and after speaking directly with Steve, he was able to take care of my return and re-issue the right hose.

Fixed a problem that they didn’t cause…

They shipped my mask the day I ordered it. I should have had in a few days, but FedEx had other plans. After about contacting them they sent out another mask without any delay. They couldn’t have been nicer about fixing a situation they didn’t cause. They went the extra mile!
