I was so excited to receive my order but the chair arrived damaged. There’s a rip in the velvet seat. Very disappointing after paying an extra £40 for delivery.

I bought a wave lounge chair from Six the residence in November. I received it on the date they promised (estimated delivery shown on website). As I had some concerns I contacted customer support and they kept me informed throughout the process.
I'm delighted with the item, it looks gorgeous!

Shopping onsite was seamless and delivery was faster than expected. Very happy with the chairs I will be purchasing again :)

products are of very high quality, just like the pictures and are very well packaged so delivery does not damage or stain the product

Amazing service, so quick to help out our issue

The dining chairs were fabulous but unfortunately tiny too big for my table. Impeccable customers delivery and return service.

I have yet to receive my item as it was a preorder however the staff where amazing at answering any questions I had.

Frustrating that the website gave an estimated delivery time of up to 10 days but when chasing the order I was told it was not in stock and wouldn’t be with me for another few weeks. I would have purchased elsewhere had I known. However, customer service was friendly quick to respond and the item was lovely when it arrived.

Happy with the service, the team were very helpful mapping out the delivery and keeping me up to date.

Daisy and Francesca went above and beyond! Customer service taken to a whole new level which puts Six The Residence head and shoulders above the rest. They were both absolutely lovely - genuine, proactive and truly helpful with anything I needed, so I couldn’t have asked for more.

Plus I’m over the moon with the chair I’ve ordered which is gorgeous quality and like nothing else I’ve seen… a wonderful experience all round!

Awful experience poor communication delays and terrible customer service avoid if possible

Update: After we complained, the founder called us, recognized the issue, apologized, and offered a refund. We've just received our new bed, and it's perfect (although not Ottoman anymore). I'm therefore updating my review from 1 star to 4.

[Initial review: We received a broken bed. Six The Residence acknowledged the problem. However, two months and a half later, they still haven't replaced it.]

Although the products are nice, service provided has been terrible.
After ordering 4 different items, we were told we had to wait an indefinite amount of time as some of the items were not yet produced.
3 months later we are told our items are dispatched for delivery with extremely little notice. Upon delivery we notice only half the order has been delivered and some of the items delivered were wrong.
After chasing on our end, no reach out from six the residence themselves, we are told we need to wait another month and a half for the missing pieces and another 2 months to fix the item that has been wrongly delivered.
Close to 6 months to get a desk figured out with extreme lack of communication is extremely disappointing. and to be honest there are other companies offering much better services.
