Very Easy and Pleasant Traction…
From the moment I got into the shop the experience was very good. I was given time to browse without being pounced on.
I took the style I wanted and Che came towards me and handled my request in a very friendly way. He checked the size I wanted and got the trainers for me.
I tried them on and the transaction was done in a very smooth, professional and courteous way.

I'm always greeted whenever I go into the Plymouth store and treated really well too. Nothing is too much trouble from all of the team. One of the team, Che, always looks after me when I go into the store, and remembers my shoe size!

Just popped in for a look around the Plymouth store. My wife & I walked out with goods for the both of us.

Outstanding customer service on many levels
I went to the shop to collect an online order which was ordered by my wife & was instructed not to look at gift coz it was my birthday present !! I spoke to CHE who at my request took it out of a large box & put into a bag so I couldn’t see what it was. He was so helpful in how he delt with me I would recommend the shop to anyone who likes good service & good products. It’s rare to get such good shop service. Many thanks Mr M Levett.

Personable, friendly and helpful
Visited the size store in Plymouth and one of the staff members, Dan, was very personable and kind and helped me find a nice style of shoe. Despite the right size not being available in store, I was supported with ordering the shoes to my home with ease while shopping in store. Very helpful and nice shopping experience!
