Considering we had exceptionally complicated circumstances, nothing was too much for Susan. She was on hand EVERY step of the way, doing everything she could to secure us the best mortgage. And even after finding the perfect one, continued to update us on any changes to interest rates to ensure we received the best deal. Natalie has been so helpful from the start of the process of finding a mortgage right for me all the way through to completion! She has always been at the end of the phone if I ever had any questions or needed advice. Highly recommend!!

SJB was really good at finding our mortgage. They do have a fee but they did all the work to find our mortgage and advised us on finances. Communication was excellent and they emailed and phoned us throughout the process. They would search for any cheaper mortgage deals regularly and let us know if they found a cheaper one.

We cannot thank Natalie enough for all her support throughout our journey. She is absolutely amazing always patient, always clear, and always making sure we understood everything properly so that we could make the best decisions with confidence.
