Natalie at SJB has made my remortgage as stress free as possible. Being my first time I had to remortgage I had lots of queries and questions around the process and Natalie put me at ease from the offset. Given the extreme volatility I was regularly asking for refreshes to find the best rate and Natalie was able to regularly give updates and recommendations on current market sentiment. I will 100% be going back to Natalie once my current term is completed and would recommend anybody who is looking at buying / remortgaging to speak to Natalie.

Natalie made the whole process of applying for and getting a mortgage absolutely easy! On top of this, she was always on hand to answer any questions we had and was always happy to help so I cannot recommend her enough, when we come to re-mortgaging or buying a new place I will be using Natalie once again.

Natalie has gone above and beyond in our house buying process! As first time buyers we were unsure on how to get started with buying a house and getting a mortgage!
