Susan was a massive help with purchasing my 1st home. She was extremely patient and was always happy for me to call and discuss everything. Every question I had, every bit of research I done, Susan was always one step ahead and guided me through it. This is our second time we have used Natalie to organise mortgages for us, she is simply the best and there is no one else we would use. Susan, without any exaggeration, was God-sent for us.
