Great service and product. Competitively priced, easy online booking system and lots of choice. We hired soft play for a 3 year olds party. Delivery and collection was well timed and communication was clear and friendly. Professional but friendly. Will definitely use again and recommend. Thank you guys x

Absolutely faultless! I won’t be using anyone else ever again! I got let down by another company and SJ’s saved the day! I booked on Tuesday and everything was delivered on Sunday morning with no problems. The club was opened late which was a bit annoying but they were very patient waiting for them to open. The sensory soft play was absolutely fantastic and the didi cars went down a treat with the older kids. Very very impressed! Thank you so much!

Fantastic company - I wouldn't use anyone for our inflatables for our school events. they are reliable, friendly and great value. They have an excellent selection of all the best inflatables on the market.

Buttermere Christmas Fair - Chorley

Ian and the team were exceptional in communicating, organising and delivering on the day of the event. Everyone had a great time with the Christmas themed games, santa sumo wrestling and seeing santa in the inflatable grotto.

Will definitely be booking these guys again for our next event.

Booked SJ Leisure inflatables twice for my son’s birthday parties. They have always been very helpful, had a special offer price available and provided an easy and prompt booking service. There inflatables are really good quality and I would definitely recommend them!

What a fabulous service, we are a nursery setting and needed a reliable trustworthy business to help during a charity fun day. SJ's were helpful and friendly right from our first enquiry,we nearly had to cancel due to poor weather but SJ leisure was able to rescue the day with a smaller castle at the very last minute so we could continue with the event indoors. Nothing was too much hassle, we are already planning Christmas and will definitely be using SJ Leisure again, a fabulous team. Thankyou

We’ve used SJ’s for years now. We got let down on the day by another company. Had a very upset little girl, but these got us one sorted and saved the day! We’ve never used anyone else since. Never had any problems! Delivery guys have always been lovely and polite. Very helpful! Highly recommended

I hired a bouncy castle for my daughters 9th Birthday party. It was delivered nice and early. Can’t believe how clean, quick and easy it was.

The lads who dropped it off were lovely and had it up and sorted and on their way in 5 minutes. Same as the guys who came to pick it up the next morning.
Very professional and we all had a ball, for absolutely no reason at all.

Hired a bouncy castle this past weekend from these guys. Can’t recommend them highly enough. I booked them through their online booking website which was very simple and easy to follow.

Communication was fantastic as I got an email confirmation followed by a couple of emails leading up to my hire giving me information on delivery procedure etc.

The guys who delivered and collected the bouncy castle were friendly, polite and helpful - even helping to move a large garden trampoline that we have. The bouncy castle looked new and clean and we were given instructions by email and by the delivery guys on how to safely use the equipment.

Can’t thank them enough, see you next time!

Terrible customer service. Left deposit at beginning June. Rang to confirm drop off time as the venue had changed it and I didn't want anyone to have to wait around and waste their time. After 4 weeks of trying to get in touch with them(emailes, text and ramg other number on advert) my cousin rang on her phone and got through straight away. She explained the situation of how I couldn't get through as it appeared blocked/busy line and the guy absolutely flipped at her. I took the phone to try and resolve the situation as my 2 year old son was now crying because he could hear the man shouting! He wouldn't let me speak and was just horrible! Said he would give me my money back which I said this is all ridiculous and uncalled for, I'm trying to help them out. Rang today to arrange the refund as i don't want to give them anymore money to be yet again shouted at and hung up on!

He has rang me 3 Times since this review was posted, same terrible attitude and called me rude when I let him speak without interrupting but just shouted over me. Told him to keep deposit and not speak to me again! Actually shocked!

I must add I was not abusive at all, i simply said at the start of the second phone call that if he wouldn't let me speak and continue to speak over me, i would not speak to him. He did not let me so i said i dont want to habe anytging else tp do with him.As for the booking not being for a while away, i do not see why that is relevant when I was clearly being ignored (as you states the messages you had actually seem without acknowledgement) I had left a deposit, as I had with other businesses for the same party and had no issue with them. The mobile number I rang is printed on your main advert " call today on 07******", if you do not want people to phone it then either take it off or write on emergencies only!

Responsible, easy company to use. Wide range of products. They website does not seem customer friendly as it comes across as over the top strict. The guys on the phone are very helpful as well as the guys that deliver your castle. They do work with you and aim to please. Equipment always clean. I am a returning customer. Will continue to hire from them. Very good service.

Easy to book and excellent service when they arrived, very friendly and accommodating around our party needs! They even used the bouncy castle blower to clear some leaves for us at the site. Absolute 5 star service and the kids had a ball with the lights & music system added in. Huge thanks.

Excellent - I was let down by another company 3 days before my son's christening and SJ Leisure provided good quality soft play equipment at the last minute and an excellent service. I fully recommend them.
