SJ's leisure were fantastic. Very friendly efficient staff and most helpful. Arrived nice and early and picked up as late as they could. Have used this company several times and would highly recommend them to everyone, you wont be disappointed. Excellent service
Excellent service. Helped us out at short notice when another company let us down. Arrived and collected bang on time. Made sure everything was safe for the know kids in terms of where the wire ran, pegging the inflatables down. Even helped us formulate a plan B with indoor inflatables if it rained. Fortunately plan A ran smoothly. Kids had a wonderful time.

Polite, friendly and helpful staff and excellent value for money and being able to have the castle overnight was so much better. Found their website and had absolutely no idea that you could hire so many fantastic things for a party and to suit any age! We also found you could hire tables and chairs which we desperately needed. Absolutely fabulous business and they couldn't do enough to help us. They gave us a fantastic price too! We always get our bouncy castle from sj leisure and have recommended them numerous times to family and friends. Fantastic range of bouncy castles, the boys love them and are so sad when they are picked up the following day although we do love to watch the team roll them up into such a tiny neat parcel! Our favourite is the dinosaur one but I have a soft spot for the My Little Pony one too! They always deliver on time and are happy to answer any queries that we might have. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic service from SJ Leisure
Fantastic service from SJ Leisure, we hired the disco dome which the kids loved and it was fully explained on delivery how to operate the music system. The lads who delivered could not have been more helpful and even provided extra ground sheets for us as it wasn't the best weather on the day. I wouldn't hesitate to use again and would highly recommend them.

Children LET DOWN by SJ leisure
Absolutely, under no circumstances use this company. They did not deliver a bouncy castle I had ordered well in advance, they lied repeatedly that they tried to call me and said I cancelled my order???
We were up early in the morning waiting for delivery but they apparently they don't knock on doors to deliver. They left my 6 year old daughter and her friends with no bouncy castle for her birthday.
Very upsetting all round with no remorse or apology, disgusting.

We are sorry to hear that you don't feel you received the service you expected however we did operate in our usual methods which has worked successfully for over twenty years.
On booking in your confirmation email it does state the following in block red capital text;
'PLEASE NOTE, WE MAY TRY TO CONTACT YOU ON THE MORNING OF YOUR HIRE TO CONFIRM WHETHER YOU WISH FOR YOUR HIRE TO GO AHEAD, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR PHONES ON HAND.'
The following text is also present in the same email;
'A responsible and competent person over the age of 18 must be available on site at the time of delivery in order to sign, supervise the equipment and pay any remaining balance. In the event that a responsible and competent person over the age of 18 is not on site, the equipment will be taken away and any booking fee payments will not be refunded.'
As part of our FAQ's and T's and C's page there is also the following text;
'A responsible adult (18+) must be available at the delivery location when the items are delivered in order to sign for the items, to supervise the items and also to pay any remaining balances which might be remaining. In the event that a responsible adult is not on site available to sign, supervise and pay any remaining balance, the products WILL NOT be left, any booking fee payments WILL NOT be refunded.'
All these terms and conditions you agreed to at the time of booking as per the online booking form. Our delivery times are between 7:30am and 12pm (noon). Again, this is what you agree to at the time of booking.
On Saturday, we had some wet weather conditions and we did have some customers calling to see what there options were in regards to going ahead, cancelling etc. We decided to call all customers prior to delivery to establish whether they wished for their hires to go ahead or not.
At approximately 10:30am we telephoned the contact number you had provided on your booking form, we received no response. We followed this telephone call up with a text message and then an email all of which is on file and has been sent to you in an email.
Approximately one hour later you returned the telephone call. At this point our delivery driver had continued on his delivery route and was now over 10 miles from your destination.
The delivery driver offered to re-deliver the inflatable at the tail end of his route which would be 1pm or later or also gave you the option to cancel. There were three staff in the delivery van at the time when you said you would like to cancel.
We feel this review is very unfair and your hire would have gladly gone ahead had you answered the three methods of communication on the morning of your hire or agreed to have your delivery later on. It would have been unfair on other customers to postpone their delivery to attempt the re-delivery of your item after we had failed to contact you initially.

I hired a Photobooth from SJ's Leisure for my birthday party and I was absolutely made up with the service I received. They answered any queries I had before my event and my party ran smoothly with most of my friends and family asking who we had hired the Photobooth from.
