Helpful girl on the phone who new thr product range after requested item was out of stock, and I asked about sizing. So I bought a less well publicised version of the thermal leggings to go skiing in. Arrived via UPS within 3 days when it was going to be 7days. Very impressive!

I can’t recommend Ski Exchange highly enough. Their range of equipment is extensive. My son has particularly difficult feet to fit for boots. The whole team were extremely knowledgeable and friendly but I’d like to especially mention Andy who listened patiently and fitted the perfect boots. We will definitely use them again.

We had Andy as our fitter, he truly is excellent (he also helped get our two boys sorted before Christmas and hence why we went back again). We went in looking to upgrade the liners of a pair of boots for my wife. He walked us through all the option available to us, foot beds etc. In the end, my wife decided she did want a new pair of boots afterall. Some really good choices to choose from and in the end she choose a pair that fixed the problem of a lifting heel.

Always friendly and amazing service. Nothing is ever to much trouble and are always there to help.

Andy helped me find the perfect ski boots. He was very professional, patient and approachable. No question or request was too much. Would definitely recommend ski exchange.

A lady was very helpful, whi was very patient as I deliberated over which of 2 jackets to choose.
I dont know the ladies name but she said she had children.
Also helpful in explaining the sizes of the ski pants.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Andy took time with boot fitting and made sure they were the right boots and fitted properly. Could easily have up sold me a much more expensive pair but instead made sure I got the right boots for me.

OMG these guys are amazing, I went in to buy snowboarding gear and although they are mainly skis gear nothing was too much trouble. They personally ordered what I wanted and when it arrived I went back in to fitted. These guys and there attention to detail is second to non. All the way though the fitting an they explained what they are doing there knowledge is off the chart good. So pleased with my boots and bindings.
So if you need any skis gear at all this is the place to go.

I have been a skiier for 34 years and had bought several pairs of my own ski boots over the years, from the usual places like Snow and Rock etc, but I wanted to try Ski Exchange, after reading the reviews on-line. WOW is all I can say. Don't get me wrong, Snow and Rock are O.K, BUT the "personal service" and fitting at Ski Exchange, is second to none!!!

Young Andy must have spent, in total (from 2 trips), five hours with me, where we tried on and eliminated different boots for my ability / fit, (Basically I have "ducks feet" - very wide at the front and extremely narrow at the heel, so I am not, let's just say, typical!) Anyway, Andy perceivered with me and rather than just get me to buy something they already had in, he recommended two boots that they were going to get in stock that would suit my feet / ability, far better, and so I came back and I am glad I did. Again he spent three hours with me, footbeds / stretching the boots to perfection, as well as adding a Zip Fit Inner that would give my heel extreme hold. All I can say is I wish I had come here years ago! And to top it all, Simon serviced my skis for free during this time. All the staff were so friendly and it was evident they knew their stuff. I was left with nothing but confidence and would a 100% recommend anyone looking for new boots (or skis), to go visit them!!! Please don't waste your time with a normal ski shop - go and see these guys at Ski Exchange. You will not regret it!
