Great company, the treatment process has been so easy and fully satisfactory. All the doctors I have seen have answers all my questions and prescriptions come really quick. My treatment has been really successful, and I can't recommend enough.

Really quick efficient service, would definitely recommend

I completed Roaccutane treatment through Skindoc from April to November 2024, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. From the very first appointment, Dr. Sree has been incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He not only addressed my medical concerns but also ensured that I understood my options thoroughly, allowing me to make informed decisions about my treatment. His approachable demeanour and genuine interest in my well-being were really reassuring.

It was easy to book appointments online and order medication from Phlo Pharamacy which were always delivered promptly straight to my door. My treatment has gone very well and has made a massive difference to my skin with very minimal side effects.

In addition to Dr. Sree's fantastic care, I want to commend Penny and Natasha for their exceptional support. They were always prompt and helpful with any admin questions I had, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Overall, my experience with Dr. Sree and his team has been outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking knowledgeable and compassionate medical care. Thank you, Dr. Sree, Penny, and Natasha, for making my treatment journey a positive one!

It’s been a smooth and convenient process throughout. Dr. Sree is very approachable, knowledgeable and he puts you at ease. I’ve also been able to reach out by email, with questions, in between our consultations and I’ve never once been made to feel like I’ve asked a stupid question. Can’t recommend Dr Sree enough! Lovely Dr, apps are never rushed he always has plenty of time to go over any worries I have and answers all my questions with plenty of knowledge, still going through my acne treatment but so far the process has been amazing ☺️

I’ve had an amazing experience with SkinDoc throughout my Accutane journey. Dr. Sree has been incredibly helpful from the start. He listens carefully to all my concerns, always takes the time to advise me, and explains things clearly. His kindness and sense of humor has made the process so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about his patients.

The admin team, especially Penny, has also been fantastic! Penny is always so quick to respond and has been on top of everything, sorting out any issues and answering all my questions promptly. It’s great to have such supportive and efficient people looking after me.

Skindoc was amazing in helping me clear up my acne. They listened to how I felt and prescribed me isotretinoin which has been amazing for me and has made me feel so much more confident about myself. Everyone I talked to was helpful especially dermatologist Hannah waiman

I was able to book an appointment within the next 36 hours, late at night (23:30!) so my work wasn't impacted. Sree was extremely understanding and an absolute pleasure to speak with. Having been recommended Sree by a friend, and having had such a positive experience myself, I can honestly say I could not recommend the service more highly. The administrative support from Penny is also excellent: fast and efficient. This route is also considerably cheaper than seeing a dermatologist in person. I have formerly seen derms on Harley Street and for a course of Roaccutane would be charged more than double for the consultations and significantly more than double for the medication.

After looking at dermatologists for years but could never afford their high prices, skindoc was a saviour for me.

My dermatologist was lovely, knowledgeable and efficient.

I have used Skindoc for the last 6 months for a course of Accutane and I cannot rate the service highly enough.
I selected Sree as my Dermatologist who has seen me from my first consultation through to my last month on Accutane!

The entire process was seamless from the monthly Zoom calls with Sree to the administrative help who were all incredibly responsive & helpful.

My biggest takeaway from Skindoc was how I felt on each call in that Sree genuinely cared about my Accutane journey and validated all the emotions I was feeling throughout!
