The product it’s self tastes like your eating a cigarette, and I didn’t loose any weight if anything I actually gained. Extremely disappointed!

As said by previous purchasers. Disappointed, followed instructions and before able to drink it, a thick jelly had formed at bottom of cup, tried to eat it from a spoon but made me wretch from the taste and texture. The taste of the coffee is nice until you get to the bit that has set. Can’t imagine this to be effective if it sets in the cup before you drink it. So I would not purchase again and see it as a complete waste of money

Already thrown out. Doesn’t matter how you try and prepare it, it turns into a sludgy jello mess at the bottom of the mug. Ugh! And the taste is revolting

Well I paid for the coffee and haven't recieved it. So could I please have my money back.

I would say that it’s really helpful but effective only if eat healthy and do some form of workout. Secondly one thing is for sure that it makes you full and keeps your gut cleanse.

Before I ordered skinny coffee club I contacted them to check it could be used alongside my own diet. I was assured that I could. When it arrived I was excited to try it, I went for the mocha version as I’m not a huge coffee fan. The taste wasn’t bad. Before I started drinking it I was losing 2-3lb per week. When I started drinking it daily (as directed, I even contacted them to check I was using it correctly) my weight loss totally stopped and I lost no weight. After two weeks I was so frustrated as I was sticking to my diet so well so I stopped drinking it and two days later I lost 1lb. This hindered my weight loss and didn’t boost it at all. When I contacted them they said I should use their diet plan but I didn’t want to as my diet works well for me and I wanted this to boost it. So I’m off it now and losing weight again! Doesn’t work for me!!

I’ve used Skinny before and really like their products, but so far I feel let down by their 7 day espresso programme.

It congeals straight away and like others have said the jelly won’t even go down the sink! I had my third cup this morning and managed to drink most of it before it started to set. I’ve tried to drink the jelly but it won’t break down so you end up eating it which is a bit disgusting.

I think the trick is to add a little more cold water and drink it straight away. Fortunately I’m a fan of strong coffee so I can get it down hot in a few gulps! It’s not exactly a pleasure though...

This coffee tastes good, however it is terrible how it solidifies into a gel. I can't imagine what this substance is in it. Definitely not natural and I worry about what it does to the human body. I tried three times and each time it did the same thing. I did as told and mixed it first with some cold water to dissolve then added hot water. By the time I finished the glass there was a large clump of gel substance in the bottom of my cup that was so thick it wouldn't even go down my kitchen sink drain. I would be happiest if they would refund my money.

Never received a confirmation of purchase nor a shipping email, When I contacted them they said they do not have tracking information and I would have to wait until January 14 for them to do anything about it I ordered on December 12 and have still not received the product

Ordered a free trial;

Coffee was ok and lost 3lbs
However, was not advised I was signed up to a then monthly £30 order. Was not sent any reminders before to advise or cancel.

Was told coffee was already despatched and I would have to wait and send back before I get my money back.

Not great and won’t use again because of the customer service.

I love the taste and I feel less peckish, this is very important while working from home :)
