Waited 2 weeks for my delivery when it was meant to be between 3-5 working days, so that’s where the 2 stars come from. Other than that I’m pleased with my products.

There was a delay on my order
There was a delay on my order, I was kept informed throughout and when it arrived I was surprised to see a box labelled “free” inside the package. Complimentary ketchup, bbq & curry sauces as a gesture of goodwill.

We are sorry for the lack of communication from our customer service team. We did put a disclaimer on the out of stock products that they would be on backorder. On top of this we sent out a group email to all customers that ordered these back order products to keep them updated. We have seen some national shortages from suppliers that as a result have effected some deliveries.

Placed my order online and if im honest I was very annoyed at first that my order didn't turn up , spoke to their customer service advisor and was told my order has not left the warehouse and it would be dispatched ASAP a couple of days later my order arrived and as an apology for the late order there were a couple of free gifts included , excellent customer service chasing up my order and compensation with a could of free products

If I could give this company zero stars I would. First it took me calling many times to finally get my order dispatched after nearly 2 weeks of no communication. And when they finally sent my order it arrived in a very dirty transparent plastic bag which was tied at the top - not even the decency to put in a box. Who in this day and age ships packages. I was so scared to.drink the shakes as I didn't know if they were tampered with on the way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Great products and prices
The products I received are excellent, and the prices very competitive. I have received good customer service too. My only issue is with "out of stock" items (there are a lot), which meant I had to change my order several times. However, overall the service was good, and I will certainly use it again.

Poor. I usually order from here regularly and not had problems. However my last order has not arrived. It’s been over a week. No correspondence from the company. The telephone number says ‘incorrect number’ but have still been charged. This seems to be the same with a few people too.
