Delivery 9 days overdue
Delivery 9 days overdue, nobody contacted me to tell me the order wasn't being delivered until i reached out to them and was told the product was damaged beyond repair.
Were they just going to see if i hadn't noticed?
no goodwill gesture offered
no refund offered
first and last time i'll be orderering from this site, especially after their response.

This order was placed on 2nd November at 20:27, and dispatched on 3rd December at 10:56 and a tracking email sent to the customer.
On 9th November 17:53 the customer informed us that the parcel hadn't arrived. We tracked the parcel and replied on 10th November at 14:46 that the tracking link was showing the parcel was damaged, so we sent a replacement, which was dispatched by our warehouse at 16:51.
I'm afraid, unless we manually track every order we send out, we do rely on customers informing us on the rare occasion an order isn't delivered. When we are informed of this, we try to rectify the situation quickly and with apologies, as happened in this case.

Their only "flaw" is that the product range isn't as wide as other competitor companies, but suppose it's best to have less, but high quality products. The customer service I received was amazing, very helpful and quick to assist, they make you feel special. No problem with the delivery either. 100% recommend them
