Wanted a skip for Tuesday, told I couldn’t get it till Thursday. Thursday comes no skip. Phoned them and I was told that company they deal with doesn’t do the skip size I had ordered and paid for. Tried to charge me extra for the size they do offer but they gave in when I complained, they then offered it free as a priority order to be delivered AM Friday. Am Friday….no skip. Rang at 10.30am to find out where it is, told it will be here between 2 and 4pm. I complained about this explaining the conversation the day before, they then came back saying the company have told their driver to get it here ASAP. 1.20pm, guess what, still no skip. My workers are being paid for a day for doing nothing because they can’t do anything. I’m out of pocket now and a day behind on my job because of this farce. This company and the company they use are a disgrace to the skip industry.
