The ordering process was easy and fast

The ordering process was easy and fast, and the delivery was quick. Overall, I had a great experience. The only suggestion I have is that if a customer selects English during the ordering process, the SMS notifications should also be sent in English as well.

Missing part,disappointing service

Two times they sent me the same parcel with a missing part, saying that they will replace it, now for two weeks i am trying to reschedule a return, courier is not coming, every day i have to repeat it with no results, can speak only with a bot which is telling me to do it again. Worst website ever!

I'm sorry

I'm sorry, I didn't receive my order , The delivery didn't go smoothly. The first time the courier came, I wasn't home, so I told him I'd be home the next day. We agreed on that, and I waited all day for my package, but it never arrived. then the courier came again when I wasn’t home, and we agreed that I would pick it up from the mailbox. In the end, I went to that mailbox several times but couldn’t pick up a single package.

Last 3 orders in the span of two weeks…

Last 3 orders in the span of two weeks were placed on a different locker than the one I chose, and on the most recent order i made sure to check the green mark for availability.Clearly their driver is too lazy to work and drops packages in whatever location to call it a day.First order that it happened i completed their survey gave feedback only to waste my time and nobody actually reading anything.I contacted customer support which is non existent and 24 hours later (the timeline their AI bot gave me ) no reply.I left the protein powder baking in the sun inside the locker THEY chose and never picked it up. 0/5 would not recommend!!

incompetent so called customer care…

Rude and incompetent so called customer care. A joke in delivery times, just made up quick to get you to buy. If delivery goes wrong they wash their hands having taken your money. Honestly the worst shopping experience caused by no customer care. AVOID.

I ordered Uriel massage insoles from…

I ordered Uriel massage insoles from the shop Kliomed on the market place Skroutz.mt, because I was only able to find this Israeli product here and at a very good price. My order was delivered from Malta to Denmark by DHL. The delivery itself took 9 days. The product is original, in its original packaging. I am very pleased with Kliomed, the price, and the speed of delivery from the moment I placed my order. I can confidently recommend Kliomed and Skroutz.mt to other customers.
