I want to get back a pair of shoes birkenstock . You ask to upload a photo to see in what condition is the pair of shoes and your system does not upload the photo after 100 tries you deserve one star

first package i ordered was delayed by 4 hours when i checked the map to see if my package was close they were in the same place for about an hour. second package I ordered was delayed to 3 DAYS later. I believe they should truly fix the problem with the delays and be faster

Customer service within Skroutz is poor. Probably the worse I have witnessed for many years. They seem to send the same questions and answers over and over clearly in the hope you give up.

Once I asked to lodge a complaint this was dealt with in the same manner. Extremely poor…from now on I will try and buy local, then Amazon before Skroutz for this reason.

Be careful when paying a higher price for a preferred item as you may well get the cheaper version….no refund for difference, no replacement. Good way of getting rid and of cheaper stock at a premium price. Knowing it’s to costly to return and re order.

As a marketplace, Skroutz fails to take any responsibility for the products sold through its platform. I purchased a trimmer that arrived in an unsanitary, mold-contaminated condition, clearly showing signs of previous use.
​When I reached out for support, expecting a professional resolution, I was met with bureaucratic incompetence. Instead of addressing the obvious biological hazard, the platform insisted on a return procedure that would force me to handle and ship a contaminated item, potentially exposing others to the same health risk.
​It is clear that Skroutz does not vet its sellers and cares more about its 'return policies' than the health and safety of its customers. They essentially facilitate the sale of hazardous goods and then hide behind automated responses when things go wrong. I have had to escalate this to the European Consumer Centre (ECC).
​If you value your hygiene and your peace of mind, do not trust this platform. They do not have the mechanisms in place to handle serious quality or safety issues.

Arrived on dates as stated. Good products as always hence, the re-orders. Only disappointment, was the fact that the sea salt spray could only be sent by sea freight. The item is not an aerosole can, so no depressed gas - just a plastic, water spray bottle, so I don't understand why it couldn't be air freighted.

My order was delayed 3 times and I asked them for a full refund and the order getting shipped after so much delay. They refused and they only provided a cancellation.

Worst company to buy your stuff. Please select a different one which will support you through out the hole process.

I would like to thank SLM for its creative interpretation of the concept of “communication before delivery.”

Despite my repeated messages and clear instructions that I should be contacted by phone first, the company chose a more innovative approach: to ignore everything. It is truly impressive how they managed to turn such a simple request into an unsolved puzzle.

The experience gave me the impression that customer comments exist purely for decorative purposes. After all, why read them when they can simply accompany the parcel on its journey?

If you are looking for a company that will make you wonder why you bothered giving instructions in the first place, then SLM is an excellent choice. The consistency with which my requests were ignored was the only element that worked flawlessly.

Congratulations on maintaining such a high level of indifference toward the customer. It is not an easy achievement.

Contrary to some opinions, everything went excellently, last mile carrier shipping unexpectedly fast, 5 well-deserved stars!
