The Delivery service is very poor. The delivery guy doesn’t speak greek or decent english and he wanted to leave my parcel in the lift.

Failed to deliver.I was at the correct delivery address and was waiting outside when the delivery was supposed to arrive. I did not receive any call or notification from the courier.
The tracking status says that delivery could not be completed, but I was available the entire time.
This parcel is a gift that I need today.

Slow delivery and order preparation, but everything else is great!

During a purchase through Skroutz Marketplace, the platform displayed 39,501 Skroutz Coins as a reward — an amount that was also explicitly stated in the official order confirmation email. Based on this written confirmation, I proceeded with the purchase. Only 19,800 coins were credited instead of the promised 39,501, a difference of approximately €20. The company acknowledged the platform error but refused to credit the difference. The matter has been referred to the Greek Consumer Ombudsman.

Incredibly poor service from Skroutz Last Mile Cargo. My order has failed pickup for three consecutive days simply because the courier keeps showing up outside of the store's operating hours (e.g., attempting pickup at 15:05 when the store is closed). There is zero coordination between Skroutz and their merchants. To make matters worse, the customer care is a complete wall of stone—offering only automated bot responses and promising a 24-hour delay just to look into a critical, recurring issue. Absolute amateur management. Avoid relying on their delivery service if you actually want to receive your items.

I specifically ordered TP LINK Archer A6 v2 because of the design. In the website it was listed as v2, however, I received v4 instead.

The powder taste great and I can use it in various ways.And the delivery was very fast. I do recomand both,the product and the company.

The order is easy to place,you have a lot of choices,models and prices,the delivery could be faster though, having in mind that is a medical device (with other platforms the latest is 4 days).
