I recently had the best customer support. I originally purchased some WordPress themes from them 10 years ago. It was time for me to upgrade the WordPress themes so I purchased the upgraded templates. When I had trouble installing them, it really messed up my websites.

However, I contacted their tech-support via email and they responded within 20 minutes. They took over the upgrade and they solved this for me. When I arrived to work the next day everything was working perfectly. I am really impressed with their Customer Support considering that most of my Customer Support experiences with other companies are mediocre best. This was really an outstanding effort.

I had paid for, and downloaded, a fantastic range of themes. But I could not find a particular one that appeared on the SKT site. I contacted Sonl Sinha via the SKT website and the very next day the theme was available in the Downloads section of my account. Fantastic service!!
