BEWARE
Purchased a theme and emailed with a problem. No reply. Emailed requesting refund - immediate reply "we don't do refunds".
RESPONSE TO SKT Themes Reply:
Not true. Your owner has acknowledged he did not get my first email and I have since had an apology. In their response it is laughable they are directly accusing me of not having a host and that's why I'm leaving a bad review. Totally untrue and why would that even make sense? I had my website previously created and hosted on GoDaddy and wanted to migrate a new theme over.
Very dishonest company, no refund policy (illegal in the UK but they are based in India). If you look around you'll find lots of people having similar experience, BEWARE.

You sent us a support request regarding free theme installation and we obliged for the same.
We asked WordPress admin details to complete the same and found out you were using free WordPress dot com hosting.
When pointed out to you, you said you have purchased domain and hosting from Godaddy.
Once we requested the same all we got is a bad review from your end.
Kindly be honest and tell people that you did not purchase a hosting without which how can a WordPress theme work and function?
We even emailed you back giving you a nice offer for hosting from our end and from one of our partners too.

Attention they are also force you into a subscription, but it's a trap because there is no explicit area or button where you get informed that you are buying something with a subscription you have to pay for annually .....

Anyone can check the pricing page its given its annual renewal. Before payment we force customers to go through terms and conditions which also mentions the same.
After payment the order email has written its an annual renewal subscription.
In the order page where customer can download the theme there also its written its an annual subscription. In my-account area its written its annual subscription.
Even after all this when the customer came back to us we did offer a refund minus the transaction cost because payment gateway does not refund transaction costs.
But the client denied the offer and instead placed a card dispute.
Obviously the merchant and payment gateway favoured us in the decision because obviously it has been written multiple times plus we genuinely offered a refund too. This is client's fault and the trap is laid from the client end not from our end.
We believe in good customer service and till the end we wanted to provide the same but the customer behaved with us very rudely. She said i want every penny refunded as if we did a mistake here. The customer does not even use their own name which shows she doesn't want people to know the real person behind the review.
