Great efficient service all round. My daughter was very happy with the picture

The last shipment (3 pieces) was effected in 3 different packages, with a lot of waist materials. One of the 3 builds was broken (I had to adjust the frame and put several nails: the wood frame is extremely poor and weak. The corners of the frame are badly coloured and a some corner of the frame show the clear wood. The relation of your products between price and quality is very poor.

I have purchased 3 floating frame canvas artworks. 2 out 3 have been delivered with damaged corners. Indeed, the packaging is very poor. The problem occurs quite systematically according to the reviews.
I have sent the pictures with proof of the damaged packaging as well as the damaged articles.
All you can hope for is a sorry. The customer service asks for extra pictures but just for THEIR RECORDS.
Very disappointing. I don't recommend.

Ordered 2 pieces on the 25th of December, arrived on the 10th of January perfectly as scheduled.

The canvas were shipped with robust boxes so nothing happened to them in the transportation.

The quality is perfect, just loke shown in their website.

I am very satisfied with the product. Arrived in great condition and it looks gorgeous.

DINENSIONS - The dimensions are not exactly as advertised. Mine was 1cm wider and about the same taller. Wasn’t a problem for me but could be to other people. Also, if you are wondering, the Floating Canvas frame is around 2,5cm each side wider.

RESOLUTION - It’s not perfect, but more than enough. If you look close you will see it is not the best resolution but nobody else noticed it in advance because you really have to pay attention to it and this painting in my case is something decorative, reason for a glance or two but not to really look in detail.

Overall I enjoyed it a lot. Looks gorgeous (Black Grafitiy Lips) on my wall. Everybody loved it to. Ordered another 3.

Love the canvas print, looks great on the wall. Only thing, the frame was damaged in transit and I believe it should of been more protected.

Hello, the frame was damaged from right bottom end. I’ve tried to dye it with a black crayon but still it’s obvious when you look closely. Your packaging is not satisfying as the frame was only covered with a basic plastic wrap. You should definitely improve the quality of your packaging by using for example a bubble wrap or something that is more invulnerable.
