The initial experience was a disappointment as 2 out of 3 pieces arrived with their frames damaged/chipped. However, customer service responded quickly and eventually shipped replacements for the 2 damaged items - free of charge. 5* communication. Giving 4* overall because it took a couple of weeks and a few followup emails before the decision to ship replacements was made.

I bought 2 pictures - both are lovely, excellent quality. Small improvements on communication could be made, I.e updates on your delivery.

The painting arrived within two weeks and is perfectly done.

I am afraid that I have not seen the goods. Despite your promise of 10 days delivery still no sign. This a disgrace and your lack of feedback or even an apology suggest that you were fully aware that the goods will not be delivered on time

Ordered a picture on the 28/11/20, it was despatched on the 07/12/20 via Fedex. Chased numerous times, via e-mail and face book as it is impossible to call Skulpta and speak to someone, nobody had the courtesy to reply or investigate why my picture hadn't been delivered. I final got hold of Fedex myself and found out Skulpta had put an in complete address on the package. Finally today out of desparation my husband drove to the Fedex depot to collect the package, unfortunately due to the packaging being poor and the length of time the picture had been in the Fedex depot the picture is damaged. Again I will be contacting Skulpta to ask for a refund, I have never had such bad customer service in my life. It has left a really sour taste.

Very pleased with the prints. They came within a reasonable time and in perfect condition!

Not happy with my purchase. Image quality is not what expected. Looks like a bad photocopy, poor image quality and colors are fade. I was expecting vibrant colors as the picture shown on website.

Excellent service, with no issues. Not only just received an order confirmation but also a separate invoice as well with full details. Each item was despatched with it's own unique tracking ID due to being packed individually. Each piece of artwork was well packaged and received in excellent condition. Love the items purchased
