Difficult to review the product, since i have not yet received it.
But not impressed with the deliverytime. My order was 13 days before it was shipped and 3 days after not delivered yet.
If the product meet my expections, i will update with a star og 2. But so far, not impressed. Delivery after 27 days, product is great, but not impressed about the delivery time.

I haven't received the goods yet, and haven't received any update about shipping.... Hence complicated to assess and rate my experience so far....

I absolutely love my canvas prints! They arrived in 1-2 weeks (I was expecting longer as they were delivered to Australia), the frames and canvas in perfect condition, and the quality is excellent. I’m looking forward to buying more now!

I was concerned about the delay in delivery so I sent an email to the team. They've responded within 24h explaining extra covid procedures. Product was delivered soon after. I still haven't opened it since it's a Christmas gift for someone I live with but I hope it'll be alright.

Edit: Gift was opened on Christmas. High quality, properly packaged, no issues whatsoever. Recipient was very happy with the gift.

Picture delivered in perfect condition and looks fabulous.

it’s a cheap print in a cheap frame and it will cost a fortune to send back! so don’t buy. i’m stuck with mine. quality isn’t great at all.

Some small marks on the frame from the delivery but very nice quality on the picture!!

Absolutely raging with the service. Paid £200 for my single frame order, it arrived considerably later than expected and the frame was completed damaged and battered on one of the sides. The packaging was shocking! Frame had some bubble wrap which didn’t cover the side which was damaged and the frame was inside a box much bigger than the frame itself, so no surprises the frame must have been bouncing around from side to side during its journey.

I have sent 4 emails in the last 4 days since the the order has arrived, expressed my dissatisfaction and sent pictures of the frame damage asking for some sort of suitable solution or compensation, and so far haven’t received any response, not even an acknowledgment. Totally being ignored.

I have ordered a similar size frame with a canvas recently from Amazon, paid almost a quarter of the price and received a great product and customer service from them.

Totally disappointment is an understatement at this moment.

my experience with Skulpta is disastrous for the moment ...
I ordered 2 paintings on November 25 and until December 8 I had no return from them even though my bank account had been debited. Anyway ... I received 1 painting today and the 4 corners of the frame are damaged ... and I have no news of the second painting

Expérience catastrophique, commande passée le 25 novembre et débitée sur le compte bancaire par contre aucune nouvelle pendant près de 15 jours malgré différentes relances de ma part...bref je reçois aujourd'hui un des 2 tableaux commandés et les 4 coins du cadre sont abîmés. Vu les tarifs c'est franchement une honte et je n'ai aucune nouvelle du second tableau.

Ordered a canvas online. Got notification a week later that it was out for delivery then another saying it had been delivered. When checked I hadn’t received it and it had in fact been delivered to another address 10 miles away from my house. After trying to contact Skulpta numerous times to try and fix the issue I have given up and went to my credit card provider to chase a refund. AVOID

Really happy with my purchase for my sons bedroom.

The concept is cool, but the quality does not match the creativity. The frame arrived in Paris broken, in an unprotected cardboard. Also, the impression (66*101) did not meet my expectations. I received it quickly though :)

Would only recommend for small and less expensive stuff.
