If I could give this 0 stars I would.
Their service was nothing short of a disaster for us. We had a flight getting in to LHR at 6:30am and transfer booked with them for 7:30 to bring us to STN for a flight at 10:45. They didn’t tell us until 8:00am that the driver couldn’t make it and we no longer had a taxi. Furthermore their customer service was appalling, never telling us what car to look for where to meet a driver. We are now stuck in London, having missed a flight and no other option to pay 3x the price to get home to Ireland. I have emailed them for a refund, yet again slow replies and no word of a refund yet. I should expect compensation on top of this, having missed a flight as a result, but I highly doubt I will get that.
AVOID: Left stranded, lied to, and hundreds of pounds out of pocket. Save yourself the stress and do not book with Sky Bridge Cars/ Britannia Cars. Here is exactly how they treated our party of six at Gatwick Airport after a long day of travelling in hot weather:
Zero Reliability: We prepaid for our taxi and explicitly confirmed the booking twice beforehand. Despite this double confirmation, the driver failed to arrive.
Dishonest Customer Service: I spent over 90 minutes stranded at the terminal making repeated phone calls to the dispatch office to locate our driver. Staff regularly cut my calls off or actively misled me by claiming the car was "10 minutes away."
Total Incompetence: After making us wait for over an hour, dispatch messaged me to ask how many passengers were even in our booking, proving they hadn't even checked our details.
Unacceptable Delays: After 90 minutes, they finally sent me driver's details. When I spoke to him directly, he informed me he was still 40 minutes away. Facing a 2+ hour delay, we told them not to bother and cancelled.
Severe Financial Loss: We were left exhausted and highly stressed. On top of the money we already paid this company, we had to arrange last-minute alternative transport home at a very high cost, leaving us hundreds of pounds out of pocket.
They sent a brief apology via WhatsApp on the day, but have since ignored my emails requesting a refund and compensation. Absolutely terrible, incompetent and unreliable company.

Booked a pre-paid midnight transfer from Gatwick after a long-haul flight. Confirmed pickup at 00:05, meeting point agreed in writing as Greggs in arrivals.
No driver. Ever.
What followed was 70+ minutes of excuses over WhatsApp. First they said the driver was “running late.” Then they sent me and my partner dragging luggage to the car park at level 3. Only then did they admit the actual driver was an hour away in traffic and they had no confirmed replacement.
They eventually sent a driver name and plate. He never called. Never showed. They kept telling me to “stay with them.” I was standing in a car park at 1am after a 10-day holiday.
When I raised compensation during the conversation, they told me to email their QC department myself — despite knowing exactly what had happened.
Their response? First 15%, then 20%. On a £70 booking. For a complete failure to provide the service.
I have the entire WhatsApp exchange. Every admission. Every broken promise. Every copy-paste apology.
Avoid.

We booked our taxi via the website and the experience was really clear and simple. We got confirmation very quickly via WhatsApp message.
We then had an issue where our original holiday was cancelled and we booked a different holiday with different travel times. Again, it was a simple experience to rebook the taxi times via WhatsApp message.
The driver arrived very promptly, notifying us when he was coming to get us. He drove safely and sensibly to get us to the airport in plenty of time.
Overall, a very satisfying experience and we hope for the same on our return journey.

Great service from booking to drop off. Great price compared to other services. My flight was delayed by an hour and the driver was aware and ready upon my arrival with no additional fee requested as I have seen others do! Would definitely recommend

Had booked a return airport transfer from Luton to my home. Our flight was cancelled and hence transfer had to be rescheduled which was not an issue at all. On arrival to the UK, the baggage carousel broke down causing a 1 1/2 hour delay in exit, but yet again this was accommodated. Great service and communication.
