Words fail me!
Since about the month of July 2023, and up until this day - the 7th Dec 2023, the Skymesh organisation has been saying they are doing an upgrade and apologise for any inconvenience caused to customers. The upgrade is still on-going and no advice has been received concerning an end date. I am unable to access any information concerning my data usage per month, something which Skymesh is required by law to provide - nor am I unable to access other pertinent information concerning my account, via the Skymesh portal. Money is still being deducted from my bank account however, so they obviously have that part of the system running ok. How long does an upgrade take I wonder? So far it has taken several months! They don't answer the phone and emails to them are un-answered! I think something else a lot more sinister is going on with Skymesh than an upgrade - and if I was a new customer contemplating connecting up with an internet service provider, I would be extremely wary of Skymesh.
SKYMESS!!!
I called to get help with call forwarding on my VoiP phone. I had call forwarding with Harbour ISP which was a great company to deal with. The technical support person told me that Skymesh does not provide the feature. I asked him whether there is any way it can be done. The response was NO!. I asked whether he is telling me to just except it and suck it up. Reply Yes! I paid for the VoiP service for a month and a half after they took over Harbour ISP, when not having the service running. Pathetic!!! Don't send emails to the support email address. You will be wasting your time.
Pitiful service
Since their so called upgrades, they've completely lost the plot. Double invoices, no response to emails, won't take calls at their service center - put on hold for over 1/2 hour and gave up when it disconnected their end. Web site not working for months. Time to bring in the ombudsman.
Skymesh Sucks
Like everyone else here, my service with Skymesh is appalling. They send you bills with no connection What are we supposed to do when this company will not answer the phone to our complaints? MAYBE time to see a lawyer
Terrible company to deal with.
Their online portal has been down for weeks, they will NOT answer phone calls within half an hour, and will NOT respond to emails, website contact forms, or any other means of communication, but they still keep sending bills for what is a terrible service that we are no longer using but can't cancel due to no way of contacting them.
A month without any sort of response.
For a full month I have been trying to make contact with Skymesh service through telephone, email and website. No response whatsoever to assist with VOIP installation.
On the plus side I am happy with the Skymuster interent.
Say no to #SkyMess
SkyMesh is an expensive joke. Hopeless customer service, predatory business practices and slow buggy service & it's ALWAYS the customers fault
I cancelled my service over a year ago but they just keep on billing me. Now that the Cc they have been milking has expired they set their debt dogs on me and tell me that I have to jump through more Byzantine hoops to get their hooks out of me.

Service? What service
I requested a callback 27 hours ago and sent an email 24 hours ago. Both have been ignored. I already have all the equipment in place for satellite NBN. So all that has to be done is throw a switch. It was stated that transfer from my previous ISP could take up to 48 hours and it is clear they intend taking that time. I'll be contacting the TIO tomorrow. Considering I have only been a customer for 44 hours this must be a record
Slow internet & poor customer service
Slow internet and poor customer service. Our service was patchy at best. When it was running it was slow. Data allocations are small and expensive. Customer service, although located in Australia, is hard to reach.
Most appalling customer service I have…
Most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. I have been without internet since 21 December. I've called many times and been on hold for hours. Basically told it's an NBN issue and not our problem.
About three weeks ago we did reach a support person who ran some tests and established that it wasn't an NBN issue and that someone would be sent out but we're still waiting. All follow up phone calls have been brushed off. They just don't care. We must still pay our monthly fee even though the service has not been provided or they will not restore our service. To our knowledge, no one has been assigned to resolve our issue. They are the only nbn provider that services our area and we have no other choice than to continue to pay $140 a month in the hope that one day someone will help us.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration at the service that Skymesh offers
Whilst it is potentially a great product and I understand that these are challenging times if my experience is duplicated in your customers you will be out of business very soon.
Once you get a bad reputation in the public market place it is very difficult to change.
We have been without our service for over a month now and there is very little support - extremely long wait times (over and hour) on phone calls that go no-where
Disinterested and rude service
Fault registration cancelled with no contact with us and so on
While I am typing this message... After waiting on the phone for 5 minute I get a message that this is outside office hours - at 4:30pm!
I run a business and need reliable internet - for the last month I have been hot spotting off my phone
Please help yourselves before it is too late to save your reputation.
