A great service for booking flights.
I always use Skyscanner when booking overseas flights. Their graphics and filters make it very easy to compare the various airlines, and their prices are very competitive. I have booked some awesome, cheap deals with Skyscanner and I have never encountered a problem.

Planning is half the fun.
Broad choice response to itinerary research.
Some obvious commercial bias regarding providers but you just have to dig a bit deeper sometimes to get a picture that suits your planning.
Otherwise a go to tool for the next trip.

Skyscanner recommended I use trip.com and I will never trust either of them again!
Skyscanner recommended I use trip.com for my trip to Japan with my family. So I followed their advise.
Trip.com then told me after booking that for me to sit with my wife and child that there are extra fees $500! I don't want any special seats - just next to my family - together.
No said trip.com. They blamed Cathy Pacific (who I have never had trouble with before).
I suggest avoid Skyscanner at all costs including their recommendation and just go to bookings.com and avoid a terrible service.

The app is easy to use
The app is easy to use. The multicity option was great and we got a great price using it. We got a date for $1820 from Melnourne to Bangkok stop over and then on to Frankfurt. And on the return from Morocco to Melbourne.

Prices displayed were ridiculously wrong, why advertise a fare that you have no intention of honouring at the price displayed. A complete abd utter waste of time .a complete sham. Shame on you for such a practice. Beyond disappointing
