HOPELESS WASTE OF SPACE

No sky TV for 6 months.Previous 7 months TV service was hopelesy faulty every time I switched on and had to reboot the box. Lost 12 months of recorded content. Put In a complaint and to offset the compensation of just £150 Sky added £250 of fake charges. The mafia are less ruthless than Sky..I spent 13 months paying for a service that half worked or never worked.

I've lost 12 months chasing Sky and made NO progress whatsoever. What Sky has done to me Is despicable

It's clear they hate their customers and just want to Rip then off which is a shame because it could be a good product.

All was needed.was some.care and compassion. NOT contempt.

If you think that Sky TV is going to offer greet entertainment take it from me it will offer you nothing but misery and unhappiness. I regret the day I ever took out Sky TV.. Its Rubbish and tbe Company doesn't care. STAY AWAY

Don’t go with Sky mobile

Whatever you do, don’t go with Sky mobile. My wife, already an existing customer, has been trying to renew new phones for over a week. They are clueless as to what is going on, they lie about what is going on and we are still 1 phone missing and they have no clue where it is. my wife has spent literally hours on the phone to them trying to sort it out. They have no clue and don’t care

No Customer Service

I have been a loyal customer of Sky TV for over 30 years but service has deteriorated terribly in that time. During a recent technical problem I tried to use Sky's various self help diagnostic tools which did not resolve the issue. I found it absolutely impossible to speak to a human being. Any number dialled took me back to the self help diagnostic tool. I now have resorted to a 3rd party contractor to resolve the technical issue at great expense. I lodged a complaint with Sky TV concerning their lack of customer care. Today I received a response from Gokula in India on a poor quality phone line and in unintelligible English. I truly dispair!

Couldn’t recommend sky to anyone

Couldn’t recommend sky to anyone, we have multi room and constantly have connection issues as well as the main box disconnecting from the Internet.

I’m fed up off having to keep re entering codes, skys solution was to send us a new box that made no difference what so ever.

Sky is far from good value, questioning why I stayed with them.

Very expensive for a poor service

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. Programmes are constantly dropping out and blaming my broadband. Funny I can still stream Netflix on my iPad. Sky is a total waste of money and I definitely won’t renew when my contract expires.

I want to give them zero but cant

I want to give them zero but cant, terrible company, the IP service constantly freezes and has " technical issues" and we were billed more than we should have been. Promised to be refunded with and issued a free as a way of apology and we received neither, so will be complaining. Terrible service.

SKY are rapacious

SKY are rapacious

I have been with them since their inception, however when my monthly bill rose to over £150.00 and I then had to pay TNT to watch cricket, I cancelled.

They have now increased my monthly subscription by £7.00 a month with no additions…

Plus their presenters are absolutely dire 😡

Avoid at all costs!

OUTRAGIOUS INCREASE IN CHARGE

I have been a loyal Sky broadband user for 11.5 years. I have Sky superfast with a speed of 67 mps which is sugfficient. I declined full fibre because of additional costs. ON 02.09.25 I elected to stay out of contract on the terms of my previous contract and they confirmed no increase in fee. On 10.09.25 I received an email stating they would increase the charge to £46. This is well above Full fibre costs . This is outragious, dicriminating against loyal customers. I have taken my business to Vodafone , Full fibre for £24. and a bonus gift voucher of £155. GOOD BYE SKY

As a Sky customer for over a year

As a Sky customer for over a year, when my contract came up for renewal I asked to be put on the current offer on the sky website as I was told I was going to £31 for existing customers and new customers would receive £22. I was then informed that Sky was not a charity and that is only for new customers… exact words, the person then proceeded to tell me how a business operates to make a profit, like I did not have the metal capacity to comprehend how a business operates from a customer service perspective. If I didn’t have two sky glasses, unlimited and broadband, I would have terminated then, however, due to cost I had to continue.

Buyer beware

If I could give this 0 I would. We were mis-sold a Sky Glass tv. We live in a rural area and at no point were we told they we need high speed Internet and constant connection to effectively run the tv. While it was glitchy initially, we put up with it - which I acknowledge we shouldn't have. The last few months it has been impossible to watch anything without the tv freezing and dropping out. Customer service from Sky in relation to this has been abysmal. Buyer beware!

Greedy, untrustworthy company..loosing all their customers at last

I cancelled with Sky around 9 years ago due to being a very greedy company, £120 month bill, try to extortion people. Best thing I done. Broadband shocking.
Then they will ring you and ring you for 2 years later begging you back with better deal ,where if they can do that deal in first place ,why rob you because that's essentially what it is.
Recently my very ill parents 85 and 84 years of age, stuck in their ways receiving the same £150 bill , on pension money,, so they left all sky package including Broadband and went to BT ( much better), also using now all channels they need.. Had their home number for 40 years which sky are refusing to transfer, BT have requested this number be transferred 4 times,, this is causing 85 year old ill people un needed stress. Ringing sky and saying its not their issue, Shocking service,, there is no wonder everyone is leaving them. Hope this company continues to loose customers and go into liquidation. Greedy greedy,, untrustworthy company.

SKY Engineers save the day!

So I’ve been experiencing some difficulties with SKY coverage, for what I now know has been a number of reasons, not all within SKY’s control.
Fortunately for me I’m blessed to have two engineers in my Postcode area, one is Naz and the other AJ.
The investigative and creative capabilities these 2 have has resolved my problem once and for all.
For those at SKY the engineers named above are a credit to you. True ambassadors for your brand.
Please let them know how grateful I am.
Thank you Naz and AJ! 👍👍

Incompetent and misleading!

My tv lost signal randomly
It took sky over a year to really find the problem
It was a corroded bit at the dish
Everytime I rung up i got the same answer:
" Everything is fine at our end it must be your tv".
Rubish... just very incompetent people doing an incompetent job
Shame on you Sky
